Turns out I needed a new battery. But he went the extra mile and noticed the battery had a possible warranty. And I’m so glad he checked because as it turns out I still had a warranty on the battery. He saved me money and time. I was back in the road in under 15 minutes start to finish. Thank you so much for going the extra mile it makes all the difference when people truly care for other people. Thank you truly for being so awesome.

- JGJOHN GONZALESNov 18, 20251.0Showed up at 8pm to this location, had to walk to the back of the store to find 2 employees cleaning leaving the front empty and unmanned. When I asked to have my check engine light inspected I was told "both my scanners are down, the next closest Autozone is in Cibolo" while walking with a mop in hand. I get wanting to leave right at 9pm but that's huge liability to leave the entire store unmanned and how convenient that both scanners are down at once...oh well guess OReillys will get my business.
