We also offer soft-serve vanilla cones and QuikShakes. QuikTrip’s famous fountain is always guaranteed to quench your thirst, with more than 30 flavors of soda and tea, not to mention our frozen drinks like Freezoni® and Smoothies! And don’t forget our wide selection of Grab & Go items, including all beef hot dogs and taquitos, breakfast sandwiches, subs, salads, wraps, and donuts. We also carry a huge variety of chips, candy and other snacks. The coolers keep our bottled drinks – water, juice, soda, energy drinks, beer, and more - at a delightfully refreshing temp. Other amenities include an inside ATM, bathrooms cleaned every half hour, bagged ice, lottery and scratcher tickets, and tobacco. Staff act rushed, dismissive, and more concerned with company metrics and profits than with helping the actual customer standing in front of them. There’s no ownership of issues, no effort to listen, and no basic courtesy. It comes across as a culture problem — not one bad employee. When workers are conditioned to prioritize speed and numbers over people, customer service collapses. Store leadership and the district manager should review this location closely and consider retraining. A company this successful should not tolerate service this poor. Customers are not obstacles — they are the business.

Now that all drinks are delivered from single serve spouts, they are going to have to be more on top of keeping the spouts and ports clean. Machines and countertops were well looked after but the spouts for ice and soda needed a little extra attention. Otherwise, QT seems to be the benchmark for service and cleanliness for convenience and travel facilities.
