  Don’t recommend this place these guys do not know what they are doing when it comes to servicing a diesel. They serviced my fuel filters one time and I’ve had to go back twice now so they can fix problems that they caused. That they deny ever causing. They were saying to one another that I had taken the filter off myself causing these problems and that it was suspicious that I’ve had to come in about every month now because of the filters. Highly do not recommend this place.

  Needed a battery changed and they got me taken care of right away. Manager Matt was wonderful and helped educate me on what to do and personally changed my battery. Assistant manager Brianna was also exceptional. I left very impressed and would recommend this location to anyone needing services.

  Giving this place 4 stars because I don’t believe one person defines the whole overall experience. I pulled in and was greeted but anytime I had a question for this man working there named Matt? But any question I asked seemed like it was a chore for this man. I also heard him make a comment under his breath that was appalling…I won’t share that here but it was demeaning to women. Other than that the other techs were very nice and I am pleased with their overall service getting my oil change quickly and correctly. Another tech stepped in and answered all the questions I had.. so for that, thank you. I would consider continuing my business here as long as I didn’t have to deal with sexist people… as I know I am a woman and people are entitled to their own opinions… but your opinions should not be in your business or written all over your face whilst working…and conducting business.

  I've been coming to this location for a while now and I have always enjoyed how great the staff is, but when I went this past Friday 1/02/2026 the experience was not the same to say the least. Julie was the one changing my oil, she suggested I should get an oil system cleaner due to the condition of the oil on my dipstick, I politely declined because I have a recall and I have an appointment with the dealership to have it addressed. Julie also brought me my cabin air filter and engine air filter to go over the condition of them with me and I explained to her that I change them every other oil change and will do it on the next one. Julie was understanding and very polite about it, she explained my service review with me and finished up the oil change. Shasta was my cashier that day and was also very sweet and explained the top off program and the 3,000 mile guarantee. If it was just her and Julie i would give 5 stars without a doubt, but when Julie was wrapping up my oil change the manager Matt walked over to her while my car was in the bay and asked about my filters and such and I could hear Julie explaining it to him and he went off on a rant about how I'm stupid and how I don't want to take care of my car and how he doesn't understand why nobody in Sanger wants to take care of their vehicles. I could tell how uncomfortable Julie got and I made sure to thank her for being so nice and making sure my vehicle was taken care of but when a manager is as degrading and unprofessional as Matt is I'm not sure I feel comfortable with coming back to this location.

  Got my oil change done at this Kwik Kar and they broke my engine oil pan by over tightening the nut and ruined the threading on it. Now I have to buy a new engine oil pan because of their mistake. I discovered the problem this location made at another Kwik Kar for my routine oil change and they brought to my attention how the Sanger location ruined my oil pan, leaving my car undriveable until parts come in for replacement. Thanks Sanger Kwik Kar!! For RUINING my engine oil pan!!!
