  I go here every year for my oil change and inspection. Never any problems. Doesn’t take too long. They always go above and beyond to take care of me. Plus you can always find a coupon! Thanks Kwik Kar!

  Stopped in to Kwik Kar for a state inspection. They provided a quick inspection and found some of the faults would not allow completion. They provided a detailed explanation on how to clear the faults by driving extended miles to reset the car. Their information worked like a charm. Great job to all.

  I came in late and these two wonderful women stayed late and changed my oil and air filter with a smile. That’s after they had to deal with my blue healer who wouldn’t let them in it to drive it into the shop. The were even extra nice about that. Customer Service is the best I’ve ever seen at any shop. Thank you ladies great job.

  2026 02 22 Will not be back. Ever since Graham and his partner sold the franchise, the quality of service has gone downhill. Today, a lady told me, just park your vehicle you can't drive it into the bay--OK, safety policy. However, as she was telling me this, one of the employee's very young son was ridding his scooter across the bay towards my truck. Ever heard about OSHA??? You cannot have minors in dangerous work areas. I did not fill out personal information on her form because their company has no right to my information. She got offended when I asserted my right to privacy. I was not rude, I said, " No ma'am, I do not give out my personal infotmation." Lady pulled my vehicle in and lowered my window. Not wanting bugs flying into my vehicle, I asked her to please closs the window. She got all "huffy" about it. Then the other lady finished the service and came into the office area to ring me up. I was paying cash, but their system still wants a signature acknowledging that service was done and they are releasing my vehicle to me. She bypassed the disclosure notice and told me I had to sign. When I asked her what I was signing, she told me I was rude. I told her that by law, I have a right to see the disclosure notice. She left, and the other guy waiting made a comment about her attitude. Just stoped in Tom Thumb parking lot to checked the oil level. It is a quart low. Did not go back, I just went to O'Reilly to get a quart. Not worth the trouble to arguing with such a class of workers. I'd rather do business locally, but I'll drive into Denton for oil changes.
