- RLRobert LoganApr 20, 20261.0Charged 72$ to have my wheels aligned but the alignment wasnt done correctly. Car pulls to the left and now my tires feel like they lose traction when I turn which is more than likely a symptom of a poor alignment. Today (a week later) was the first day I had free time to come back and address the issue. The clerk was incredibly passive aggressive and dismissive (he cut me off mid sentence which is insanely rude). Told me I'd have to pay again to have them do the job done properly this time. I explained how absurd that was and he tells me I should have gotten the warranty. I was never offered a warranty a single time I've ever been in this place for anything. If customer service were a thing here surely someone would have attempted, at least once, to make me aware of this, right? Take your business elsewhere people. They may treat you right once or twice but it's a matter of time before these guys screw you over. I'll never come here again.
