  Very nice folks amd will bend over backwards to get the car you need. Jordan is possibly the nicest guy in this town.

  The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to encounter!!! I will never ever use any enterprise location. I put in a call to the general manager Mike Powell, to the district and area manager as well by calling the corporate number and a week later have not talked to any of them. They don’t care about customers at all. I was told I would have to book a reservation for a vehicle after I didn’t get a car when the insurance sent over the information. They claim they cannot search other store locations in a data base but we are in 2026 and have AI but they can’t see if another location has a vehicle or not. I called this San Marcos location and the manager Jordan told me he would have a vehicle Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to have my reservation from the Menchaca store transferred to get that vehicle. I did not have a vehicle because I turned my vehicle into the body shop Tuesday afternoon. Jordan transfers me to the reservation line and the woman tells me they will call me Wednesday when the vehicle arrives. I didn’t get a call Wednesday by 2 pm so I called Jordan told me it was not in the system that it was still showing the Menchaca location. I told him I needed a vehicle today and he said the soonest would be Friday now. I asked to be transferred back to reservation to try and find a vehicle for that day and they said well we will send this complaint up to district and they will call you. Still no vehicle. The next day I called again and still no vehicle they were going to transfer it up to the area manager and they still did nothing about finding a vehicle to pick up for Thursday. They transferred me back to Jordan and he put me down for Friday. I had to have an injection in my foot Thursday so I was very agitated, still no car no call back from anyone in upper management. Jordan tells me to come in Friday at 730 and they would have a vehicle. I get there Friday at 7:40 am and he gets me a vehicle and apologizes and tells me his name is Jeremiah. I notice a stain in the top of the vehicle so I called to report it same day and asked for Jeremiah they said there is no one there by that name and that the person who helped me that morning was Jordan. Imagine that. Yeah will never ever use this company for anything!!!!

  The staff at this location are great— always professional and accommodating, truly a pleasure working with them. However, the vehicle I rented most recently was an absolute turd. The steering was out of alignment and the tires were losing air, so the handling was difficult. Because I had to make constant micro-corrections, the car alerted “driver attention low” and prompted me to “take a break” every few minutes throughout the entire 750-mile trip. Also, the suspension was very rigid and the car rides low, we felt every bump and vibration. By the time I returned the rental, I was sore and exhausted. When asked by a service worker, “how was it?” I am consistently a smile and nod, no complaints, agreeable kind of person. This time, when I told my truth at dropoff, I surprised even myself. I was not surprised, however, by the response. My guy didn’t miss a beat— immediately offered to refund a day and upgrade my next rental. 10/10 will keep renting from Enterprise!

  If I could have given less than one star I would have. I have rented from this location multiple times and EVERY time I have had issues. I book MONTHS in advance. The times I've been there I've either had a dirty vehicle inside, dirty outside, low fuel, my vehicle not available because they gave it to somwone else, or literally waiting for another individual to pull in so I can have a vehicle. Like I said I rent months in advance. I'm pretty sure they just rent to everybody who comes in there and pretty much screw over anybody who's booked anything!!! Only once have I ever gotten the vehicle that I actually booked!!!! This last time I was there I had had issues the time before ( I had rented a large SUV but they had given it away so I had to take a minivan) so the manager, Cody Jackson, gave me instructions on getting a free upgrade to make me happy. But apparently from the time that I booked it to the time I rented they got a new manager. Even though I had emailed Cody about the situation and when I was going to be there the new manager did not get it. When I showed up they had no vehicles for me to rent!! I had planned a trip that we were supposed to leave that day now I was stuck without a vehicle and instead of trying to find another vehicle they just said sorry and sent me on my "merry" way so now I had to find another vehicle. If you want to rent from Enterprise do NOT rent from this location go to New Braunfels. I had a very good experience with those guys and even though I had to go to the truck rental side the individual there, River, was phenomenal. I was several hours off schedule but at least he got me a vehicle. Thanks River! But the San Marcos location? Do NOT rent from there unless you want multiple issues or unwanted chaos that will ruin your day.
