That’s it, no other language in the coupon. I arrived and the techs were very friendly and nice and super quick. I told them I had a coupon multiple times. And multiple times they acknowledged that. As I get my oil changed, 4.5quarts of 5W-30. As I’m ready to roll off, they hit me with an 80$+ price tag! I told them about the coupon and the tech shook his head citing “Oh well, your coupon isn’t valid for the type of oil, and we filled your tires and checked other fluids.” He then said he “already applied a generous discount” it was 10$ off…. So, my oil was already changed by the time price was discussed so I had to fork over almost 3 times what I expected to pay. A great interaction with this place was ruined on a technicality for a coupon that doesn’t work. They hand me another coupon for my next oil change. Never taking my vehicle again. I suggest you don’t take yours. If you have a coupon show them and insist that agree to a price. How stupid of me to trust a couple of smiles and friendly conversation.
