    Easy pickup (in and out in less than 10 mins) and Andrew was very helpful. Going through insurance while car in the shop and that was also easy. Much better than airport pick up experiences in the past. Will update if any issues later when drop offs are done after the car is fixed.

    My experience here was very disappointing. I felt completely overlooked. There were several people ahead of me when I arrived and they were helped promptly. Then customers who arrived after me were given their vehicles right away as well. I was only acknowledged when I was about to speak up and ask about my rental. Whether intentional or not, the lack of attention felt discriminatory and unacceptable. I won’t be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

    My experience with Enterprise in San Marcos, TX has been extremely upsetting, especially after being a loyal customer for years. After renting consistently and always paying on time, I was shocked by how I was treated at the end of my rental. When I ended my contract, my deposit was delayed and handled very strangely. Out of a $300 deposit, they took around $260 and only returned about $40. No one clearly explained why. While trying to understand what happened with my deposit, I found out I had been placed on a Do Not Rent list. This was surprising because I had never caused any issues during the year I rented from them. I spoke with someone from Risk Management named Michael in Austin. He told me that their team decided I could never rent from Enterprise again because they claimed I had been disrespectful and rude “many times, in the store and over the phone.” I asked him for audio or video proof of these accusations, especially since they were using them to deny me service. He told me they did not have any audio or video at all. I asked why, if these things supposedly happened “so many times,” I was never told about any incident earlier or put on a DNR before. I never received a clear answer. Throughout this experience, I felt singled out and treated unfairly. After renting for so long, paying on time, and being loyal, I expected honesty, consistency, and respect—not sudden accusations, unexplained charges, and refusal to rent to me with no evidence. The sudden change in how I was treated made me feel discriminated against, and it was extremely hurtful. I cannot recommend this location or the way their Risk Management handled my situation. No customer who pays responsibly and communicates respectfully deserves to be treated this way.

    If your credit card declines ONE time when reserving a vehicle, you have to wait 24 hours before using that card at Enterprise to rent a $150 car. Here's my experience.... I reserved a Tacoma truck on line, and went to the location to pick it up, when paying the difference I inadvertently forgot to unlock my card which caused a decline. I go in and unlock it and say we're good to go, and the employee says - We only accept one decline per card per day, so you will need to come back in 24 hours to make the rental. I'm looking at this person expecting a big ( j/k) - No nothing funny about needing a rental and be told NO NO NO you can't use your husband's card unless he is there in person. No we don't accept checks, cash app, or any other method ,except another credit card in my name. I ran out of the house in my slippers , grabbed my ID and CC - to rent a pickup for a day. This was a horrible experience, I tried everything to get them to re-run my card and 30 minutes later I walked out without the rental. I can't imagine an owner allowing this to happen ( things happen all the time) people put in the wrong CCV, Address, zip codes etc and the best they have to offer is showing you to the door and told to wait 24 hours to only come back and use the same damn card. He called it Fraud Protection - I called it ridiculous, and extremely unprofessional- this proves that they don't mind inconveniencing their customers, because this makes no damn sense!

    WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! made online checkin, filled out all data. on site they declined my VALID driving license because of a little crack in it. they wanted a passport AND visa. never heard of that before that you have to show a visa or esta! my ESTA is just online they wanted it in physical form.. what?!.. how do they think, we arrived here from europe? with a small boat and our baby inside? unfriendly staff! not helpful! my wife went onside wirh her driving license, passport, then they wanted a credit card from her. we have only one, because i earn the money. declined. thanks for stealing me 2 hours! went to HERTZ.. after 20 minutes we had a ride. never ever again with this company!
