- ACAnna Clark3 days ago1.0I am a new car owner and have never had to take my car to a shop. I called to ask if they’re able to special order parts, and the woman on the phone goes “um, yes?” as if i’m stupid. I then proceed to explain that I need a new taillight and she wasn’t understanding, says “give me a second,” puts down the phone and starts speaking to someone in spanish. She then proceeds to call me an idiot to her coworker, laughs, then picks up the phone again. I don’t know much about cars or how auto shops work, but I am horrified that this is the treatment they would give someone regardless. I would take your car elsewhere unless you like being belittled, especially if this is all new to you too.

Since it was just the light I called the other location, this one, and Jefferson, did the entire installation for me. He was helpful, kind, funny, and went above and beyond. Jefferson is amazing! Thank you so much

I also needed new windshield wipers and another coworker (didn’t catch his name) also helped install them. I came back today for another time to receive help with my AC and they remembered me and were friendly helping with my issue in a timely manner. Shout out to Zach!
