Friendliest car service I've ever had. I will be going to this Advance Auto Parts from now on for ANY of my car needs. Went to Oreiley’s to get a replacement battery, they couldn’t replace it because they “need a professional” to replace it. Went into Advance Auto Parts and was immediately greeted by Willard’s friendly smile. I told him the situation, I was expecting the same result as Oriley’s; Willard PERSONALLY made it his goal to help me out and change my battery with no problem. I cannot be more thankful for him and his team. They are doing wonderful jobs in there and I will be recommending them to anyone I know from now on. Wish I could only rate them higher than 5 stars. 10/5 service, very friendly, very professional and I got my coolant topped off in the same day as a battery change. 10 minutes MAX. I walked away very happy, very satisfied with the service, free of charge for the battery change by the way!! Which was very nice of Willard. Over all good person, will be coming back definitely. 👍
