- JMJosue Mendoza13Dec 29, 20255.0Emily Ramos was a huge help, I bought breakpads front and rear and only needed one set, when trying to return the set I other managers at AutoZone said they couldn’t help me, because I had used tap to pay, even when showing them I paid for them and showed the receipt they denied me my refund. But not Emily Ramos she took care of the problem asap and was out of the store in less that 5 minutes. Thank you Emily!!!

She was positive and energetic. Even though they were busy and short staffed, she remained helpful and had a smile on her face. I wish all employees had that level of customer service !
