I came back to this one today and as usual their customer service exceeded all my expectations. They were very understanding of my concerns and proceeded to correct the issue I had at the previous store. I truly appreciated that they went out of their way to replace my battery even though my vehicle required a special tool. I’d specifically like to thank Rick, Roy, and Erica for their customer service skills and willingness to assist me.
