I phoned the store to make sure the part I needed was on hand and Alexis took the time to verify that the parts was actually at her location. My experience has been that the majority of employees from the stores in my b town, do not do this. They see the computer screen and ignorantly tell you that they have the parts and when you go b to pick them up. I always get the same response, we have them and what happens? Oh, the computer reads we have the part, when non are available. Alexis should be commended for looking out for your customers, something every one of your store should be doing! Thank you Alexis!!! You gave me a reason to drive the extra mile, because Advance had lost me, as a customer. Word if mouth goes a long way!!!
