  Direction where to pull in and stop were poorly executed. I have never had the necessity of asking me to roll down my window to hear him instead of just following hand directions. Been going here for years.

  Jesse and his service team at this location on Culebra did such and amazing and thorough job assisting in my oil change fast and easy able to stay in my truck and was attentive to all my trucks other needs without feeling pressure to add other services. Thank you and keep up the amazing job with your team! Definitely keeping this my location for my truck needs.

  Came right before closing 03/27 and was tended to with kindness and professionalism from both Nolan and John. We are going on an unexpected trip tomorrow and got off later from work than expected and only trust Valvoline services and products for oil changes to our vehicles.
