  Robert and the rest of the crew were so kind and helpful. He explained to me everything that he was going to do to my car and why. He also found me a coupon for $20 off my oil change. I will be coming back!

  I had a great experience at the Valvoline Oil Change on Babcock and Huebner. Robert and the entire crew were wonderful—very attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They made sure everything was explained clearly and handled with care. What really stood out was how efficient and quick the service was. It was truly an in-and-out oil change without feeling rushed or overlooked. The team worked smoothly together and kept things professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service!

  No matter what location I go-to these guy's show respect and always have me in and out in no time. I went on 3/31 before work and still had time to spare. Keep up the amazing job fellas. They need a great raise🥰🥰🥰🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾.

  There is still oil in my engine today so I guess the oil change part of this experience was competent enough. But when the time came for the inevitable upsell that comes at these kind of places, they showed me my air filter and said it needed replacing. They then told me that the airbox screws were missing when they looked at my car. After I left, the engine was much louder than normal, especially upon acceleration. I had a mechanic look at it today, and he found the noise was indeed due to the airbox being loose and unsecured. Two new screws fixed the issue. But while looking at the engine, I found one of the missing screws way down in the crevices of the engine. Since my car was not making any loud noise prior to the oil change, I am convinced this place dropped/lost the screws during the service and didn't want to admit it. The idea that my car has been missing these screws for untold months and not showing symptoms of an issue until right after they worked on my car is just not plausible. For that reason, I now doubt the quality of the entire service and cannot recommend this place for even basic work
