  Great place!!! Arianna and Christian were super helpful explaining how he vacuum area works overall an excellent experience!! Well definitely be coming back.

  They said I have a ladder, trash bag, and a wheel/tire in the bed that must be removed. I took out the ladder and trash bag and said I didn’t want to take the wheel and tire out because I’m going to work and don’t want to get dirty but explained that it weighs about 80 pounds and is tucked under the trucks tool box so it won’t go anywhere in the wash. She said “well if it’s dirty it will mess up our wash so you can’t have it in there”. 1- it’s literally 80 pounds and will not move nor affect your machinery at all. 2- A WHEEL THAT IS TOO DIRTY FOR A CAR WASH? Wish I could add pics. This wheel is cleaner than the wheels actually on the truck. They aren’t muddy or off road wheels. They’re clean, stock wheels. The truck was washed 2 weeks ago and never leaves pavement. The incompetence of this car wash and their handling of this situation is mind boggling and then the fact they try to stand behind their decision with such poor logic. This employee should’ve just said “I’m sorry it’s company policy” and I would’ve been more understanding. Leaving the employees name out because it’s not their fault - it’s poor training

  Where to start… this young man has gone above and beyond any expectation that could have been set. Saturday mornings Colby is locked in and ready to roll and leads his team with such execution and poise it is unfathomable at times. So friendly with a smile always ready to help out as well as answer any questions I have, a very smart young man at that. I was upset there was no towel but to no dismay Colby was there with a fresh rag for me to clean my car with, almost like he has a 6th sense for knowing when to provide help for guests. Thank you Colby for keeping this wash up to standard and always providing a clean and enjoyable experience when I come through. I highly recommend this location.

  I Love this Carwash staff is always so Helpful and Always ready to guide me if I need help my truck fits perfect I just can’t always set it up by my self so their help is Always Available and I Always Appreciate it. I Love the vacuum area, it always have clean towels and the Love the rug wash machine. I totally recommend it I have tried other car washers and this is my FAVORITE NUMBER ONE PLACE and the membership do saves lots of money too so totally worth it
