  I had my truck towed here after the original shop that replaced the engine couldn’t figure out what went wrong. I ended up having a catastrophic engine failure, and the team here took the time to troubleshoot the issue and work with me to get a new engine installed. When they were returning from getting the computer tuned, the engine failed again and they took full responsibility without hesitation. They handled the replacement and made sure everything was made right. It did take longer than I expected, but throughout the entire process they were honest, communicative, and committed to getting my truck back on the road. Travis and Brian were great to work with, and I appreciate the integrity and effort they put into making things right.

  This shop was awesome to deal with and took great care of me which is difficult to find these days in a mechanic shop. They went above and beyond and now my truck is running great again! This is the second diesel truck I've taken to them and would highly recommend them to anyone with a diesel!

  these are awesome people, we have a 2006 f550 6.0, a difficult model to service, have gone thru mechanic after mechanic but this shop has saved our work truck and our business, JR Water Well, they are thorough, dependable, honest and a hardworking team.
