  Warning! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY: They will claim false damages upon return of the vehicle. They provide no evidence or assistance to dispute the damage claim. Take your business elsewhere and avoid this criminal business organization.

  Great experience overall. If I had to rent a vehicle again and SIXT is available in that city, I'll definitely choose them.

  인종차별 개심해요. 예약시간보다 늦게와서 느긋하게 자리 정리한다음 차이 2년밖에 안나는 여권사진이랑 면허증 사진 다르다고 당일 취소함. 심지어 이 내용을 처리하는 직원은 상사랑 30분동안 상의해서 그때 출발해도 좀 늦었음. 이후 환불 반밖에 안해주면서 노쇼처리함. 살면서 이런 업체 처음봐요.. 다른데는 잘해주는데 여기만 유독이럼 이런경험 저로 족합니다^_^

  Ashley/Nancy has the most horrible customer service I have ever seen/dealt with. It is almost as if she just did not want me to rent a vehicle from this company. She charges me for the vehicle, then issues me a refund because she said they dont take debit cards, it has to be a credit card. so now I have to wait a couple business days for that money back. Great so I give her my credit card information. Then she declines my driver's license because a piece is broken off. Understandable, so I go onto my phone and purchase a replacement. I then ask her if she can print it out for me or if she knows where I can. She tells me no and she doesn't know anywhere. I did find a place within the airport to print it out. I go back SIXT and get back in line. She knows I really need the truck its the only one they have left. I hear her trying so hard to give the people in front of me the truck. Jokes on her. they didnt want it. Then I'm next I give her my new license. I let her charge my card AGAIN. and she proceeds to tell me that one time she accepted a broken license because she broke it herself. I asked for her name and she said it was Ashley. but the card she gave me says Nancy. Whoever it was, they are terrible. Threw so many obstacles my way to make sure I couldn't rent the truck. I hurdled through all of them. Never will I ever come back to this place again. I only went through all of this because I needed a truck specifically, and I was practically stranded at the airport.
