  Called sewell cadillac to make an appt for my escalade for a transmission oil and filter change. Bruce service advisor took care of me thru out the whole time vehicle was in service did a full inspection found a worn out motor mount contact my extended warranty and follow thru the repairs. Would highly recommend Bruce the service advisor. Side note also better pricing on services.

  Thanks to Zach urbanski just purchased a CT5-V this guy has been amazing best car sales men i have done business with i had multiple cars from different dealerships and hands down SEWELL has been the best experience and there customer service is amazing. I will highly recommend this place

  Julie did a wonderful job! She was patient and helpful, and very knowledgable regarding the vehicle I was buying. Julie was attentive and even followed up a few days later to make sure I loved the car! I can’t wait to buy again from Julie!

  From start to finish, this has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle, and I have bought a lot of vehicles. The respect, no pressure, and general caring feel that I was given is unmatched. Andrea and Mike made sure we were comfortable, happy, and not rushed. Thank you again to these two for the awesome experience you gave us. If I ever need another vehicle, this will be the first dealership I check.

  In early March 2026, I brought my 2018 Cadillac XTS in for service. The vehicle remained at the dealership for several weeks. During that time, the transmission casing and Bluetooth system were repaired under warranty. The repair process was delayed due to a disagreement between the dealership and Lexus Financial Services regarding labor charges. My service advisor, William, and I also spoke with the service manager, Robert, about this issue. Despite these discussions, no meaningful effort was made to resolve or mitigate the situation at the dealership level. Ultimately, Lexus absorbed the labor cost difference rather than the dealership. This outcome, combined with the lack of cooperation from the service team, was disappointing—particularly given that Sewell operates Lexus dealerships and offers similar extended warranty products. Due to this experience, I do not intend to return to Sewell for future service. I plan to take my vehicle to Cavender Cadillac moving forward. To those with warranties outside of Sewell Cadillac, be wary before taking your car to this dealership.
