  Safelite is a wonderful company to do business with. Their technicians are very quick and responsive and very knowledgeable about their product. My experience with them was so easy I could not believe how quick and easy it was done but done extremely well. You would be insane to use anybody else, but Safelite.

  My technician was great. He talked me through the entire process, double checked each step, ensured everything was perfect before proceeding to the next step and cleaned up everything before leaving. This guy was good!!

  I shopped around for the best price, but my insurance told me Safelite had already submitted a quote, so I felt stuck going with them. The quote they gave insurance was lower than what I was actually charged. I was told everything was handled with insurance, but when my husband dropped off the car, they said it wasn’t. When I tried to explain over the phone, the representative didn’t listen and refused to take my adjuster’s email, even though insurance requested the invoice be sent directly to them. I also paid my deductible in cash and was told they couldn’t provide a receipt, only a handwritten note. The windshield repair itself was fine, but the customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend.

  Daniel and his assistant came to the house to replace my girlfriend’s Jeep Cherokee windshield after we descovered a crack in the middle of the windshield. They were friendly, efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable in their job and showed up early and finished sooner than expected. Fantastic experience all around!!!

  I was lied to by Customer service in reference to a part that I needed to buy in order to fix my passenger window without her even seeing my car. Then I was told by the rep in a follow up call that the part was something that they do not put on for customers. I was told that windshield wiper blades for the front and back of my car along with Rainex would be added to my windshield and would be part of a package deal and not have to pay for it. The gentleman that fixed my side window said he doesn’t understand why they would offer me that as part of a package deal when it has nothing to do with your windshield and then showed me that I was charged for it. Horrible experience.
