  I recently had a fantastic experience with Safelite when a technician came out to repair a small rock chip on my Toyota Tundra. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about the repair process. He explained the steps he would take and made sure I understood how the repair would help prevent the chip from spreading. The actual repair was quick and seamless, and you can hardly notice there was ever any damage to my windshield. I appreciated the technician’s attention to detail and professionalism—he treated my truck with care and left the area clean when he finished. I also liked that Safelite made the whole process convenient since I didn’t even have to leave my driveway! Overall, I highly recommend Safelite for anyone in need of windshield repair. Their technician provided outstanding service, and my Toyota Tundra’s windshield looks great again!

  I very much enjoyed my experience with Safelite. I was able to find out my insurance coverage, and schedule an appointment online. They have a terrific site. The technician was nice and informative. He was done quickly and did a fantastic job. This time was a repair, I have also used Safelite for a new windshield and for a rear side window. I highly recommend Safelite.

  I wanted to brag on the employees at this location. Our truck was broken into last Friday night. Our passenger rear window was shattered. Although the part was not available, they got us in to get the glass vacuumed out and wrapped the window. We were able to make it home while driving through the rain and it kept our truck dry. Everyone that we encountered was friendly and happy to help. Thanks so much! John and Opal Seales

  Scheduling at first was a breeze.very professional customer svc. rep. I decided to pay out of pocket to get a military discount that wouldn’t be available via insurance. The techs came 1st time with wrong glass. Said due to the “inconvenience”of having to return I may no longer get that discount. I did get it in the end. Techs said safelite would call to reschedule. I heard nothing for several days. I called them and scheduled. New windshield is in but the outer gasket is now trashed. I watched them pry off the old windshield but thought they’d be replacing the gasket they were tearing up. I questioned the tech and he said it was “normal”. See pics for trashed gasket. Hope to get this cleared up by safelite and will update my review. Seeing a lot of this issue when I google it.

  We just want our windshield wipers to work properly. We got our windshield replaced here and ever since our wipers go off continuously. The first excuse was they used too much glue, second - wasn’t placed right, third they’ve moved it too many times now need to order whole new sensor. It’s been weeks and weeks maybe months now dealing with this. We’ve spent hours with our vehicle in your shop a few times. PLEASE management, Jose, or anyone that can give us an update??? When is part going to be in that you claim will resolve the issue of our wipers continuously wiping — we are now going to have to replace wipers bc of wear it’s caused. We’ve paid hundreds of dollars to you already for such a poor job. The emphasize so much in the safeflite repair marketing on being great and the very opposite of our experience. Put your windshield wipers on every time you drive your car even on these very sunny days; that’s what I’m dealing with. I want to put a sign on my car that says, “I’m not an idiot, safeflite messed up my windshield wiper sensor & can’t figure out how to fix it” Happy to change this review if you can please fix what you did and simply communicate. 3/18/26 update 5:30pm - spoke to manager Jose — apparently he thought issue was resolved but we were told by staff that manager was aware and has been aware of this reoccurring issue. He said he’d make sure we get an ETA on part promptly and they were going to call the company directly after our phone call and he would update us. I’m hoping after my discussion things will move along smoother and communication will happen and most importantly they fix the issue they caused. 3/19 update. Never got a call back for an update regarding what the company said about part. So I called this afternoon and was told Jose was walking into meeting with district manager and he would call me back. He called back and said he see the part is at the warehouse and was going to request an expedited/one day shipping to them. He said he would update me even with the smallest updates moving forward. Hope so.
