  I went to this Qt looking for my sister at 12am on 04/04/2026 something at night I didn’t see the sign that the restroom was close I didn’t use the restroom I was just checking to see if my sister was in there as soon as I get out the restroom the lady in Qt that dye her hair red give me attitude saying I know you can see the sign that the restroom is closed I did explain that I was looking for my sister as I tell her if she seen her the Qt lady just turn away like if I was bothering her just for a simple question and she still kept giving me attitude and she no I haven’t seen anyone here mind you she was like in her late 30’s and I’m 27 i don’t know if she was having a bad day but if you don’t like your job then why work there my first instincts was to go to the restroom to see if my sister was there I know I should’ve have asked and I should’ve have seen a sign but I didn’t see it on the restroom door to begin with i don’t know but Qt really need to start checking who they hire cause I’m sure if she has a daughter she would like to know where she is if she was missing like she was soo unprofessional it kinda made me upset waking out the gas station and for the people that want to ask for her help don’t cause she just seem like I was bothering her from her job when really it was just dead inside

  This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The staff displayed rude attitudes and a lack of basic customer service. My sister was given a sandwich made with rotten vegetables, and an excessive amount of salt was added, making it inedible. I also experienced an issue with my purchase of Hot Cheetos. I paid $5 for a large bag but was given a smaller $2 bag instead. I had to drive all the way back to the store to correct their mistake. When I returned, the staff refunded my money but continued to respond with attitude. What made this experience even more upsetting was that the treatment felt discriminatory. The way we were spoken to and handled made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, as if we were being treated differently because of who we are. No customer should ever feel that way. I have been a loyal customer for years and never experienced issues like this when the business first opened. Unfortunately, the professionalism and pride in service have clearly declined. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location with my family again. I strongly encourage management to address staff behavior, food quality, and customer service standards.

  Girl at night with pink hair was so rude. I walked into the store and took three steps and she said, “I hope you’re not trying to use the restroom. It’s closed from 11 to 5.” Restrooms are closed? Fine. There’s a polite way to say that to a paying customer. She’s been impolite before… no eye contact, no acknowledgment, just a short “over here” when approaching the register. Hell would freeze over before she ever said anything like, “thanks, have a nice day”. I will be going to the circle K on the other side of 410 from now on.
