Ordered a BBQ sandwich from the kiosk, and heard the guy in the kitchen announce he was out of brisket (was thankful that he let me know immediately). So then I proceeded to the women’s restroom which was nasty (toilet desperately needed cleaning. Last stop was the soda fountain - which was a mess, with pieces of wet napkins in front of the fountain grill. When I asked for the manager, the young man behind the counter said he was. When I quietly mentioned my disappointment, his response was, “I get it. I’ll get over there and clean it.” Not exactly the apologetic or customer service I’ve long experienced from QuikTrip. Not sure I’ll be convinced to try this medical center location again. Hoping this is a one-off that will soon get attention worthy of being called a QuikTrip.

The guy that was on the register at this time 12:19pm (white) needs to be evaluated and coached
