So they bought out dash car wash on huebner rd. We transferred our 2 vehicles to quick quack for what should've been an even transfer that we were told. We paid $20 per vehicle for the top wash at dash and that's what we were told we would get at quick quack for them shutting down suddenly. Long story short they tried charging my card $65. I called customer service. They literally couldn't care less and don't try at all to keep their customers. They offered me the lowest car wash, not what I asked for or what I was told I'd get when we transferred over there, so I just canceled and the lady had no problem canceling it real quick lol terrible customer service.

Everything about this location including the responsiveness to my questions and concerns about the services, to my requests for the wipes are on point.
The biggest and only problem the business can work on is when signing up a new membership. The process requires for the associate to walk up to you with an iPad and interface to sell car wash memberships. Should the customer accept, the associate themselves will enter the new member’s information (e.g., name, email, license plate number) on the iPad without having the customer review the information.
The problem with that is that if the associate incorrectly enters the customers information, it will cause problems for the customer upon returning.
This happened to me when I first signed up for my car wash membership. On my next visit after signing up, I was approached by one associate who asked me a series of questions followed by asking me if I was sure, and then walked away.
A second associate then walked up to me to ask me the same exact questions followed by “if I was sure.” I noticed that the two associates who asked me the exact same questions never spoke to each other.
Could leadership offer training for growth opportunities for effective communication skills? Or perhaps the associates don’t have a framework in place to problem solve when encountering problems?
This business model stands out because your employees dress to impress and have the right attitude to go along with the fit. Great car wash with excellent customer service!

Please, cancel my membership. Not satisfied with the services provided.
Thank-you for your response, but I still disagree with your conclusion.
I was stationary and following instructions when the wash started, and the damage occurred at that point. This was not due to driver error.
While I acknowledge the offer to send a replacement part, this does not fully address the situation. The issue is not just the part itself, but the responsibility for damage caused during the wash process.
I am simply asking for proper resolution and accountability. At this point, I am continuing to escalate this through Corporate and the Better Business Bureau.

I had an unfortunate experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. On 3/11/26,while going through the drive-through wash,my vehicle was stationary when the wash was started by an employee, and a part above my license plate (the light cover) was damaged.
I reported the incident immediately, but it took 11 days to receive a response. When the store manager- (Grant) finally contacted me,I was told the car wash would not accept responsibility, but they offered to order the part and mail it to me.I declined, as I believe proper repair and accountability should be handled directly. I'm disappointed not only with the outcome, but also with the delay and lack of communication. I've escalated this to corporate and the Better Business Bureau and hope they take customer concerns more seriously .

okay frankly this applies to The Whole Business, nothing particular about this location, but this is the one I used to go to until today so this is the one catching this 1-star, sorry not sorry:
You might as well just make memberships mandatory to get your car washed here because its So. Hard. To just come in, pay, get a car wash, and leave, without the full court press from these dorky teenage salesmen theyre probably paying Nothing with the promise of bonuses if they get X number of sign-ups a month, thats just me assuming, but thats how it feels. They make these boys HUNGRY for memberships. It's kinda pathetic.
An email address is MANDATORY now? I politely declined to give my email and was told "I can just lift the gate and you can move on because we need an email" Multiple times, so they email me my receipt and the "Unsubscribe" button is broken and takes me to the AI website they probably used to make their dumb email advertising whatever that I now have to mark as spam. So Thats why it's mandatory because it locks you into their newsletter. For a Car Wash.
They're opening up a Bunch of new locations,I cant imagine these can make their money back with this business model. I can just buy a bucket and sponge and do this nonsense myself.
