  I'm impressed! I had not been through an automated car wash in decades! So, I was pretty anxious pulling up to this Quick Quack newest car wash location on Potranco Rd for the "Free" car wash that they are promoting until March 29th, I believe. I don't know what type of magical cleaners they got going on in there, but it gave my 2007 Dodge Charger one of the best wash and shine it's ever had!!! And last but not least, the air freshener!!!! The car wash cleans the bottom of your vehicle. So whatever cleaner they use had the inside of my vehicle smelling fresh like brand new!💯❤️

  Would love to give quick quack 5 stars but they ruined it. Already had 5 car wash’s done here but now they want to turn me away for my roof rack being an issue. Obviously my vehicle isn’t getting damaged nor is it damaging any equipment, so I don’t see what the problem is. If I wasn’t allowed to go to begin with yall need to get yalls employees in line. And this car wash also broke my license plate cover, so be careful!! Anyways on the bright side if you need a reliable and safe car wash that gets your car looking new, I’d recommend going to Tommy’s express!!. They got a way better set up and my car looks even shiner then before!!

  Upon seeing their very enthusiastic employees holding free car wash signs, I decided to check them out. The cashier members were very friendly and knowledgeable of each membership option. I had to sign up. The carwash area was very clean. I like the two different vacuum head options. Helps in those very tight areas. There were plenty of clean towels and constant clean up of dirty towels. The trash bins were clean and different which gave the place a unique look. I even had an employee ask if I needed help drying my car. That blew me away. As other employees got there they were quick to ask if anything was needed. An amazing experience on an amazing day. Thank you all.

  Been a ceramic duck member for a month, had 4 washes done. - Side mirrors always covered with soap suds. - Hood and fenders always have a spattering of soap suds (they don't rinse enough consequently that little channel between your hood and fender still has soap in it when the air dryer hits which blows the soap out onto your hood and fenders). - Rear plate area/lights never clean, never dry. - 2 out of 4 times it took over 20 minutes (they have two lines but refuse to make a member and non-member line so members often have to wait behind a non-member who is listening to a sales pitch and filling out forms) - Gave them a second star only because after you pull out you can park at a vacuum station and they provide a genuinely nice cloth which you can finish the job with. But for their prices, I shouldn't be doing the work. If they can't make the machine do the job, they should have an employee using that nice cloth to finish the job.

  Great service. Still 5 stars BUT ask for the "front retract" if you don't want front licence place to go missing. I noticed after going in again on 3/22/2026 that my plate go a little bent forward a little and asked if they sell any car accessories to cover the licence plate. They do but it's only for employees which was really funny 🤣. It sucks but I really love how the theme of the place here is. Anyways I wouldn't have known that was an option if I hadn't pointed it out to them. So I hope someone reads this post and asks ahead of time and don't get in the same situation or worse than me. Thanks for reading! They got me at the free car wash and I walked out with a 10-dollar subscription to their car wash deal next one's going to be $40 but I Love The Way they carried the conversation on inquiring how to set up a customer right up. They told me that adding a new car or a family member cost only $5 that's a steal under the ceramic duck pack. They talk to you as if they want to be here. Nathan even walk me through what sort of smells in my car I like. That was what sold me even more to this car wash dealership. The crew seems to know what they're doing. Do you know the ins and outs of their policies and there are very transparent on how a subscription-based model works. A lady from the crew even ask me how the wash went and gave me some more air freshener and wipes. Oh and I can't forget they give you a rubber ducky mascot when you subscribe for only $10 that's wild. They made a really fun spin on making cleaning fun by making the towel bin a basket ball hoop. I can definitely encourage my kids to help clean now haha Another down side is I noticed the back of my car had soapy water still and the go sign at the end was too quick and hard to see. The interior of the carwash had signs on which parts were going to be applied from the fresh soapy smells to the colourful ceramic shine. Brian their opener / great got me signed up aswell as being polite and pleasant to talk to. You can tell he is humble and polite even if we just talked for a few minutes.
