  Went to this Quick Quack and honestly it was such an easy experience. The line moved quick, everything felt super organized, and my car actually came out really clean which I feel like isn’t always the case with drive through washes. Shoutout to the staff. Definitely coming back.

  I’ve been to ALOT of car washes, but the Quick Quack on Bulverde in San Antonio is on another level. The wash itself is fantastic as it's fast, thorough, and my car comes out looking spotless every time. The vacuums and detailing area are always clean and working, and the whole place just runs incredibly smoothly. The real reason this location stands out though is the store manager, Trent. Seriously, Trent is the definition of overqualified for this job. The way he runs this place, you’d think he was managing a major operation or running corporate. He’s constantly out there helping customers, supporting his team, and making sure everything is running perfectly. You can tell the staff respect him and the environment he creates because everyone is friendly, upbeat, and clearly takes pride in their work. I’ve seen Trent jump in to help guide cars, answer questions, and make sure every single customer has a great experience. That level of leadership is rare, and it shows in how well this location operates. Honestly, Quick Quack needs to recognize what they have here. Trent deserves about a 5x raise for the level of effort and leadership he brings to this place. Managers like him are the reason customers keep coming back. If you’re going to any Quick Quack in San Antonio, make it this one. And if you see Trent, thank HIM because HE'S the reason this location is so well run.

  Really the best car wash in all of SA!! loved being there, loved how my car looked after and was a big fan of the service and the people there! really amazing experience!! 10/10 would recommend for everyone!

  Today was my first time going to a car wash by myself (I know, crazy), but Matt and his team were super helpful! I was nervous about taking my car into the car wash, and Matt guided me and talked me through it, which really eased my anxiety. Because of how kind, informative, and welcoming everyone was (and the smiles on their faces the whole time), I’m definitely starting a membership. Thank you to Matt and his team for such a great first experience!

  Easily the best car wash experience I’ve had—no question. The crew here is on another level. Every single one of them is super friendly, crazy knowledgeable, and actually knows what they’re doing. You can tell they take pride in their work. Aiden – The GOAT. Straight up. Runs things smooth, answers any question instantly, and makes the whole experience feel effortless. That guy needs a raise ASAP. Eli – Super sharp and professional. You can tell he really understands everything about the process and takes care of customers the right way. Always on point. Nathaniel – One of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. Breaks things down simple, knows every detail, and makes sure you leave satisfied every time. Ryan – Brings the energy. Friendly, welcoming, and keeps everything moving fast without ever cutting corners. Just all-around solid. Real talk—this whole team deserves a raise. You don’t come across employees like this often. Quick Quack needs to take care of these guys because they’re the reason people keep coming back.
