  The employees are always so nice and the wash cleans my car very well. The monthly membership plus the flock program they have is amazing.

  In March, I came to Quick Quack for a quick wash. The employee told me that they were having a deal for the price of $9.99 for the next three months. I took the offer and went about my way. In April, I checked my bank account and saw they took out $24.99. I went to talk to an employee at Quick Quack and was told that the person that told me that deal gave me bad information and it should have been one month only. I then talked to customer service and they agreed with the employee. Customer offered to give me a coupon of two free months which I declined. It is sad for a business to take advantage of a customer for little bit of money. Update: To the owner, I did talk to Customer Service and did cancel my membership because the only way I would stay at Quick Quack if they had approved the offer that was told to me by your employee of $9.99 a month for 3 months. They did offer to give me a coupon for 2 free months but I would rather get the refund of the $24.99 and be done with your business. The thing I find suspicious is that just down the road at the new car wash, Suds Deluxe, was offering a similar $9.99 a month for the next 2 months.

  Their wash does NOT clean your underbody or tire wheel areas. I bought the second most expensive trying to get sand and salt water off after getting back from the beach. The sand was not caked on but the car wash did not clean it off at all. The underside of my car wash did not even wet. We went to tell the worker and he could see what we were talking about, he apologized and gave us the highest wash for free after - too bad that also didn’t work. I pulled through again to see the outside of my car looked clean, however the tire area and under my car were still dry and covered in sand. The whole reason I went was to help my underbody, so now I’m out the money and don’t know where to go. They advertise undercarriage cleaning, but that’s not what you get.

  Stopped by this car wash after seeing a sign advertising “$9.99 Unlimited Washes,” only to be told at the entrance that the deal was no longer available. When I asked if they could honor it since the sign was still clearly posted, I was told no because the promotion “ended yesterday.” That’s pretty misleading. If a deal is over, the signage should be removed—simple as that. It feels like false advertising to bring customers in and then refuse to honor what’s being displayed. Disappointing experience and not a great first impression. I’d recommend updating signage promptly to avoid confusing or frustrating customers. Manager did not honor it .
