  I had a great experience at Quick Quack Car Wash thanks to Andrea and Estevan. From the moment I arrived, Andrea was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. She went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was satisfied with the service. Estevan was great as well, he helped wipe down my car and did an excellent job. He was very fast and detailed, making sure everything was spotless before I left. You can tell he really cares about doing a thorough job and making sure customers leave happy. Both Andrea and Estevan’s positive attitudes and strong work ethic really stood out. They made the whole experience quick, easy. Because of them, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

  I gave 2 stars because the wash was decent. Customer service 1-star. I would have opted for the 30 day trial after I assessed the results of the Free Car Wash, but the young boy took it personally that I didn't sign up right then.... before the wash. Bless his heart, he literally turned his head and said, "ok, go on". No one was friendly. There was no signage to direct you. My experience was the Total opposite from what my neighbor said he experienced. Leadership should reinforce Respect (especially Respect) and Kindness will bring and keep customers. Good luck to y'all. I'd rather spend $30/month up the street. They acknowledge me, ask if I require assistance... courteous staff.

  Great service from PJ telling us about the current promotions and of course the free car wash event going on. My lil one enjoyed the sport theme images that popped up on our windshield. He was very amazed and so were we because it was unexpected being our first time in any of the Quick Quack car wash. The soaps smelled to fresh as well. While drying up vehicle we were approached by Gabby with a friendly smile, cheerful spirit asking if everything ok and if we needed anything. She also offered some complimentary items they are currently handing out. I know it’s fairly new but from the service and wash we received it was a great experience and our vehicle looking clean, shiny and smelling good.

  I was really excited to try a new car wash in my area, but unfortunately, my experience turned into a major issue. On March 11th, one of the employees incorrectly guided me onto the tracks, causing my truck to veer off and get stuck. The situation was serious enough that the vehicle could not be removed without sustaining damage. At the time, the store leader assured me that everything would be covered and took all my information on a tablet. It is now April 4th—nearly a month later—and I have not received a single update. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service, only to be told that the car wash never submitted any report of the incident. When I returned to the location, nothing had been done. The general manager initially seemed unaware of the situation. After I showed her the information I was given, she stated that they “don’t do incident reports like that” and that everything is handled on a tablet—which had already been done on the day of the incident. She later returned and said she was able to locate the report and that I would hear back within a day or two. As expected, days have passed with no follow-up. At this point, it feels like this situation is being ignored and swept under the rug rather than properly addressed. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving this issue.

  Saw all the advertisement signs for a “free car wash”. Decided to pull in and try it but was told my car was registered at another location, which I have never been to. After trying to explain to the gentleman that I had never been before he told me I had to pay for a membership and when I refused he said “We’re just gonna send you on your way then.” Seems like this place is running a bait-and-switch tactic just to get people to pull in then force them to sign up for memberships. Be wary of this place. All these 5 star reviews are clearly bought. No company has that many reviews in such a short period of time. They’re probably going around to every car giving “free” items in exchange for a 5 star review. They care more about trying to inflate their numbers rather than honest, naturally occurring feedback.
