  These days, the bar is low for customer service. Thankfully, Principle Volvo in SATX sets a high bar and obtains it at every touch point. From the proactive communication from our salesperson (Thanks Billy!) to the loan to the delivery of our car, this dealer understands what great service is. We live outside Austin, and joked that we might move to SATX (we do love it there) JUST to be closer to this Volvo dealer. Keep up the amazing service, Principle Volvo!

  I recently had a great experience at Principle Volvo's service center. Ana, my service consultant, was outstanding — she provided a quick quote for my cracked windshield and stayed patient and responsive through the text messaging app as I rescheduled multiple times due to work. Her customer care was genuinely impressive. Given how many sensors are integrated into a Volvo windshield, I trusted only the dealership for the replacement and recalibration — and they nailed it. Flawless work, a professional team, and my car was back in just a day and a half. Highly recommend!

  If I could leave more ⭐️STARS ⭐️ I would. I absolutely LOVE Matthew Torrez. He sold me two Volvo’s in less than 4 months. I should explain. I was T-boned in my first Volvo with just 733 miles on it. He was WONDERFUL the first sale, as was Wayne Wright, his manager and Jeremy in finance. The second go round was equally amazing. Easy, painless and they got me exactly what I wanted and for the price I also wanted. Great incentives and the guys that made showroom ready did a fantastic jobs as well. Best car buying experience EVER! Definitely highly recommend them. And my Volvo XC 60 lived up to the Volvo safety hype! I was T-bones in my drivers side door and wasn’t injured by the impact but my car was totaled. Note: the other driver ran a red light.

  I would like to give special recognition to Ángela Méndez and Melik for their incredible help throughout the entire process at Volvo, specifically at Principle Volvo San Antonio. From the very beginning, they were sensational—attentive, professional, and always willing to answer any questions. Thanks to their support, my experience purchasing my XC40 was truly excellent and much easier than I expected. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend working with both of them, and I hope they continue providing that same level of service to all their clients.

  Had an appt for 9:30, we came back at 12:30 and they hadn’t started the service yet. Once they started, it took about two hours I know people can get behind, but I wish they would’ve just made our appointment for noon. Once it was finished, they offered a car wash, but after waiting for 30 minutes, they said there was a long line for the car wash would’ve been nice if they would’ve said that right up front that it’s gonna be another hour wait. Other than wasting time, they did do a good job fixing the needed items. Since this post, they have reached out and apologized and offered a car service to pick up and return my car for me. Hopefully I won't need service anytime soon, but I am willing to up my star rating since this seems very important to them.
