  Stay away save yourself!!! these people are a headache. I’m currently in the process of in buying a truck from them. The sales people are good amazing the purchase coordinators are good. Amazing now the repair manager, Hayley. She’s the reason why I would not purchase another unit here. I’m currently in the process of purchasing two units. I’ve actually paid for them and when I went to pick them up, the tires on the units are all cracked by the side completely cracked we explained to them we didn’t feel safe, driving off with those units like that the manager Hayley refused to change the tires after she saying she would change two tires and it’s just been like an ongoing battle. I’m going to see if I go back by today and I can post you guys pictures as a driver. These people try to get away with the most minimum work on these struts and sell them to you where they are making lots of money out of trucks that they rent it out to a bunch of different people that the people didn’t care for the drugs so honestly, I would not recommend anyone to buy a truck here. Just put yourself like the state of mind that you’re going to get the cheapest possible for a high cost the tires are cracked then they’re gonna basically take your money and once they got you stuck into the financing or into getting your cash then they don’t wanna do any of their repairs this is a very uncomfortable situation. We are wasting you know hours of our days stressing about this again. I would not recommend this to no one. Stay away from Pensky. Do yourself a favor if you have the money, go ahead and buy the truck somewhere else don’t come here seriously don’t come here because you’re gonna spend hours of your days going back-and-forth with them for them to do simple things as changing tires that the ones that they put a recap tires are $150 and they don’t wanna change it for me after we bought two units worth around 75K they’re ridiculous they’re petty well let’s be a specific this lady Hayley she’s ridiculous she’s petty. She doesn’t want to make any repairs on the truck what they do I already figured the way the structure they get you stuck into the financing or they take your money. They ask you for the down payment right away. That’s the first thing they do. Oh, you gotta give her $1000 to hold the unit don’t do it inspect the unit. It’s not worth it again. This people are a nightmare to deal with stay away from them DONT GIVE THEM AMY MONEY !!!
