I am a returning customer & just purchased my 2nd vehicle from North Park Subaru at Dominion. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Avi (sales) & Claudio (finance) were exceptional! I went in by myself to see about getting into a new vehicle with a trade in & the process was seamless. I never felt pressured and always felt listened to & taken care of! I highly recommend this dealership!

Wow! What an experience! Bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish..A huge shout out to Chris Tavarez for taking the time to answer all of my questions as well as bringing me up to speed on the brand. He went out of his way to make sure I had all of the details on the history on the car as well. Also want to Thank John Kahlig for going above a beyond and always striving for excellence, all with a welcoming smile! A sincere Thank you to you and your staff!

I bought a Subaru from North Park Subaru at the Dominion several years ago. The whole experience.with Michael at the helm was great. So, even though I’ve moved to Missouri,, when in search of an upgrade, I decided to see if he might still be there to advise me. Unbelievable as it was, not just Michael, but the whole team at Dominion Subaru rolled out the red carpet for me. They gave me the same trade in offer from here, beat the offered price, and get this - they offered to drive half way to Missouri to deliver the vehicle to me! Needlesstosay, I bought my car from them, and am meeting them (on my timeline) Tuesday to get my new car! Am I a happy North Park Subaru at the Dominion customer? You bet I am! Thank you Michael and everyone else at North Park Subaru for the best car purchasing experiencever! I’ll be back in a few years, and I’m the meantime, I’ll tell everyone I know to measure their car buying experience to mine Omen by About the in my trade

As of now I am giving this dealership 1 star as I am not able to give 0 star. My daughter went there to get an oil change with $79 coupon. My daughter got oil change and tire rotation and got billed for $197.52. I called the dealership to find out why and the service department recepiwouldcnot transfer my call to the service advisor until I provided my phone number even when I asked to speak to the advisor name Ricky Little. She had me on wait for about 2 minutes and then she comes back on the phone stating that the service advisor is busy and will call back. I called at 12:35 pm and as of 5:45pm I still haven't got the call, hence I decided to write my experience. This may change later depending my interactions with anyone, if I can get a hold of anyone at all. Update: Day after above review was posted - After I had given the lady my phone number to call me, Ricky called my daughter and since she was in school and did not pick up the phone. He sent her text to have me call him. I called back and again the receptionist would not transfer the call to Ricky unless I provided the phone number. He was not available so I was told that he will call me back. I advised the lady that that was the same statement made to me yesterday and Ricky did not call me back. This time Ricky did call me and he explained to me that all charges are valid. And my daughter had agreed upon (I did confirm with my daughter that what had transpired as communication between the 2 of them) so I did tell him that there was no mention of any additional charges. Ricky stated that other charges are shop supplies. I stated that I have had multiple Subaru and I have always taken them to dealership for any maintenance. I have never been charged for it. He responded with "Was it at this dealership?" I asked him if he has any paperwork with her sign of agreeing to get that work done before car was taken for oil change which shows all charges and total charges. He did not give me anything to prove it. And I told him "no" usually I take care of it and it's at other dealership, but no one charges almost $40 for shop supplies. Then he continued with other issue that my daughter had denied for repair which was not charged. I ask "what was the other issue?" He responded " the lug nut was broken and it needed to be replaced". I asked "How can a lug nut be broken and still stay on wheel if it's broken?" And he changed his comment to "it was missing". I asked"did you show my daughter that the lug nut was missing before taking the wheel off the car?" And he replied "No. We did not know until we started to rotate tires". I commented "The lug nut was not broken nor missing as my daughter came over the house 2 weeks ago and I always do full inspection of the vehicle before she leaves." That means your technician may have over torqued it and broke it. "He replied " no. But it was not replaced and if you take it to the dealer you had tires rotated last time, they will replace it for free, I asked if he showed the broken lug nut to my daughter as it will have aging signs if it was broken before 6000 miles as he stated. I asked how much was it to replace the lug nut? He responded $193 (I believe if not more). Then I asked as now all dealership takes detail pictures of the vehicle before servicing, if he can send me any pictures showing me that the lug was broken/missing at the time of taking the possession of the vehicle for repairs. He said " no". To me that's another red flag that's not right. If you are not at fault you would fully explain and show it to person the tale tale signs. So so far nothing he commented makes sense to me. So I went back to my original question on how did the bill come to $197? And at that point he stated that "you are arguing with the wrong person." At that time I realized that is no point speaking to him so I told him that my 1 star will remain as 1 star and ended the conversation. Lesson learned: DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS OR MAINTENANCE.

I just bought a 2026 outback XT. This is a wonderful driving car with plenty of get up and go. My experience at North park Suburu @Dominion was excellent. And this all began with my sales person Avi Kotkowski. This man is truly a gentleman and a careful listener. He truly heard what I was Looking for in a vehicle. He did not try to put any conditions upon me as the customer. He was patient and kind.. For me, It was a very healthy one-on-one relationship that I had with Avi. I would hardly recommend him to you. After my purchase was complete, Avi handed me off to Jacqueline Benavidez. She is a very intelligent and articulate young person who walked me through my lesson of introduction and understanding. And the staff at North park Suburu @Dominion and the sales manager, and everyone else was very friendly and most helpful. My needs were met and I drove home in a beautiful car and I am very happy. I hardly recommend this dealership to you, your family, and all your friends.
