  After a very frustrating experience with Bert Ogden Subaru, we decided to take our business to North Park Subaru, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the difference in professionalism and customer service was clear. The staff actually listened to what we wanted, respected our time, and treated us like informed buyers rather than trying to pressure us into a decision. We went in already knowing we were interested in a Subaru Crosstrek. We had been negotiating with Nicholas Sego online, and he provided us with a lot of information on the specs of the vehicle and the opportunity to ask questions. Unlike our previous experience, the team at North Park Subaru was transparent, straightforward, and willing to work with us. There were no high-pressure tactics, no “today-only” pricing games, and no attempts to push financing on us. What stood out the most was how efficient and respectful the entire process was. We were able to complete our purchase in under two hours (we had already been approved by our bank), which is almost unheard of at a dealership. Thank you, David Martinez, Business Manager. They made everything smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they went above and beyond by including extras like tint and all-weather mats at no additional cost, something that showed they truly valued our business. This was the kind of car-buying experience we were hoping for from the start. If you’re considering a Subaru and want a dealership that is honest, professional, and customer-focused, I highly recommend North Park Subaru in San Antonio.

  Eric with sales and Joe in finance helped me get the perfect Subaru. They didn’t waste my time, were transparent and honest and made the process SEAMLESS. I was in and out in 2 hours with the keys to my beautiful 2025 forester sport. The customer service is top tier and I appreciate them talking to me like a normal human being rather than a pushy salesman. Would definitely recommend and will continue to purchase from North Park Subaru in the future.

  Went to look at a car for my wife and Cameron Fowler had it up front ready for me to test drive. Told him what I was looking for and he found it for me. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. So far as to the deliver the car to my wife at her job. They didn't waste my time with add ons or trying to upgrade to a new car or anything. My wife is beyond happy with it and how they treated us.

  I’ve owned my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek since new, so this experience was disappointing. I was charged $220 for a lug nut/stud galling issue that Subaru has issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) addressing rust inside lug nuts and updated designs with improved coatings, which suggests this is a known concern. Subaru promotes a “customer-first” approach and a “quality first” standard, along with their “Love Promise” to treat customers with care and respect. Unfortunately, that wasn’t reflected in how this was handled—there was no acknowledgment or goodwill support. I’m currently in the market for a new vehicle, and experiences like this—especially compared to brands like Toyota—make me seriously reconsider staying with Subaru and this is why I have given one star rating. Anyone buying a new Subaru for its longevity please take this into consideration.

  I had such a great experience with this dealership that I came back a year and a half later to purchase another car. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and truly worked with us to make everything happen. As a woman, I really appreciated that they actually listened to what I wanted and took me seriously throughout the entire process. That hasn’t always been my experience at other dealerships, I’ve been to places where they were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care to work with me. This was the complete opposite. Roger was our salesperson both times, and he is absolutely wonderful. He made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a team that truly cares and goes the extra mile!
