  My daughter and I absolutely had the best experience here. The GM Scott was very welcoming and kind. He got the perfect sales person to help us out, which was Mari. She understood the assignment and found a car my daughter loved. Chris in finance is the best, such a sweet person. I felt at ease through the whole process.   Already had 6000$ worth of work done to my 2015 Mazda 3 here and boy am I happy the prices are very fair considering your getting licensed mechanics for your vehicle and OEM parts they usually finish my work 2/3 hours earlier then expected almost every time when my windshield wipers were bad I got both replaced for FREE very helpful kind customer service give you Ubers to and from to pick up your car free I wanted to take it to a mom and pop shop for a cheaper price but I’m so glad I came here instead My driver belt, tension belt, engine mounts, control arms tire rods suspension all holding up a year after service because they are incredible mechanics here Just got brake and routers done and the car drives so much better then it already did if you have a Mazda don’t take your car ANYWHERE ELSE pay the little bit of extra money and get this dealerships excellent service you will NEVER regret it trust me

  My fiancé and I have both purchased Mazdas from this location in the last 6 months! Fernando helped us out both times and was incredible! He was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to “sell” us anything - he took what we were looking for and met us where we were at, working with our budgets and young credit. As young adults we were nervous to enter the car shopping phase alone due to fear of being taken advantage of or getting “cheated” by someone just trying to make a sale since we don’t know all the ropes, but Fernando and this dealership walked us through every step with respect and integrity! Would definitely recommend this place as well as Fernando!

  I came in as a very prepared buyer and found the exact CX‑30 I wanted at North Park Mazda. I love the car—smooth drive even in heavy rain—and the trade‑in offer was fair and consistent with my other quotes. Financing with Chris was fast, transparent, and exactly what I expected, which I appreciated as a woman buyer. My issue was the lack of preparation for my appointment. Despite confirming the exact car days in advance, it wasn’t pulled up, took 45 minutes to retrieve, and the gas tank was empty, so my test drive was to the gas station. The dealership was nearly empty, yet the process still took 4 hours. My salesman, Mike, was kind but frequently took calls from his wife, didn't know how to open attachments in the email I sent him, and often disappeared, slowing everything down. I also noticed the salesman, Mike, posted his own 5‑star Google review that same day which made me question the authenticity of some reviews. I rated 4 stars because I was treated respectfully, the pricing and financing were fair, and I love my vehicle. I removed one star due to the avoidable delays and lack of readiness for my scheduled appointment.

  I had the best car buying experience at North Park Mazda! From the moment I stepped into the dealership I was treated with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership around town. They allowed me to take my time in deciding what vehicle I wanted to purchase and when it came down to selecting what I wanted, it was such an easy and straightforward process. I had the best car saleswoman ever - Mari Ramos! She took the best care of me and it was like sitting down and talking to a friend! I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson!!! Chris Castaneda, Finance Manager, was also amazing. I met with him to go over all the details and the process was so smooth! I love my new 2026 Mazda CX-5 and look forward to enjoying my new car!
