From the moment I stepped on the North Park lot, I was greeted and treated like a valued customer. I had done lots of research on The Nautilus, but still had a few questions. Adam was so personable and very helpful! (I did not bring my husband with me). Adam was patient and made sure I left with everything I wanted. Once the car was ready, Phillip went over every feature, paired my phone to the car, and again, made me feel confident with my purchase. The entire process was stress free and left me with zero buyers remorse. I absolutely love my new car and will only buy from North Park- from here on out!

My husband and I each purchased the Nautilus 2026. We had great service working with Casper, Brandon, and the financial young man. We were greeted by several others that introduced themselves and interest in our exciting new purchases. Casper and Brandon took their time with us to assure we made the choice of vehicle that fit our interests. The time spent at the dealership was minimal. We were each given a special and exciting presentation of our New 2026 Nautilus’ s. I Love my Lincoln!!!!!!!❣️ Thank you to everyone who took care of us, and those who took time to talk to us. This dealership by far, has been the most friendly, and interested in our satisfaction!!

We had an outstanding experience at North Park Lincoln, and we can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, the entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.
Casper, Charley, and Brandon were exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my decision.
A huge shoutout to Moe in finance as well. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel easy and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and made sure I left confident and satisfied.
On top of all that, North Park Lincoln itself is a beautiful dealership with a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there was friendly and respectful, which really made a difference.
Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Casper, Charley, Brandon, and Moe if you’re looking for top-notch service!

FRAUDS… I had a very disappointing experience with North Park Lincoln.
I brought my vehicle in for a recall and asked for a simple inspection, specifically requesting brake pad replacement and rotor resurfacing only.
Instead, I was charged around $700 for additional repairs — including full rotor replacement — without ever being provided an updated estimate or contacted for approval.
At no point did I authorize these extra charges.
When I addressed this with my service advisor (Carl), the conversation was deflected into “communication issues,” rather than acknowledging the core problem: work was performed without my consent.
Although one charge (alignment) was removed, I was still left paying for services I explicitly did not approve.
To make matters worse, my vehicle’s alignment is now noticeably worse than when I brought it in, which raises even more concerns about the quality of the work performed.
This is especially concerning from a Lincoln dealership, where professionalism, transparency, and customer trust should be the standard.
If you choose to service your vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing and not assuming you’ll be contacted before additional work is done.
Extremely disappointing experience and not what I expected from a luxury brand.

**ZERO STAR**
I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra Limited from North Park Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned (9807 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX), sold to me by salesman Jimmy Guerra. This experience was not just disappointing—it was outright dangerous and potentially deadly. What was advertised as a “certified” pre-owned vehicle with their 200-point inspection turned out to have severe, deliberately concealed suspension and steering damage that could have caused a catastrophic crash on the highway.
They hid major issues by putting new (but improperly fitting, non-genuine) dust boots over the damaged steering knuckle, linkage, and assembly to mask obvious wear and damage. They also installed incorrect, mismatched sway bar links that didn’t even match the truck’s specifications. These are critical safety components—failures here mean loss of steering control or sudden instability at speed. A real Toyota dealership later confirmed the fixes would cost me $1,700 for the steering knuckle/linkage repair and $800 for the sway bar links—over $2,500 in hidden repairs I was stuck with.
Jimmy Guerra and North Park Lincoln knew about these defects (or should have, given their “certified” claims) but sold the truck without any disclosure whatsoever. No mention of prior damage, no warning about the mismatched/wrong parts, nothing. I had to drive this unsafe vehicle 700 miles back to Arkansas City, Kansas, terrified the whole way. I limited myself to 60-65 mph max because I drive very conservatively ans to make my vehicles last long term—any higher speed and a failure in those components could have sent me spinning into oncoming traffic or off the interstate. This wasn’t minor wear; it was a setup for disaster. I could have easily been seriously injured or killed if a part had snapped during that long drive. People die from steering/suspension failures like this every year—and North Park Lincoln put me directly in harm’s way for a quick sale.
I admit my mistake in not getting an independent inspection first (a hard lesson learned), but I did visually inspect the suspension, and it looked fine—because they actively covered up the damage with those fake boots and wrong parts. No buyer should have to risk their life to discover hidden, lethal defects on a “certified” used truck.
This is unacceptable, deceptive, and dangerously irresponsible business practice from North Park Lincoln and Jimmy Guerra. Their “certified pre-owned” badge means nothing if they’re willing to sell rolling hazards without transparency. Prospective buyers: DO NOT BUY HERE. Demand a full independent mechanic inspection (not their in-house one), check every suspension/steering component thoroughly, and avoid this dealership entirely. Your safety isn’t worth their profits.
