I have not had a better experience buying a vehicle. Probably because JMI made it pleasurable from the start. I adored his style. No pressure and very knowledgeable. To be transparent, we did not negotiate prices. It just wasn’t worth it to us. But JMI’s personality was so laid back and yet attentive which was just what I needed. He gave us space and also did not forget we were there looking as serious buyers.

Standard awful dealership tactics.
Background: called and asked about a car they had listed. Decent price, not great, but decent.
Them: oh yeah that car’s the greatest, come on down we definitely have that car.
Us: ok, on our way.
We get there in 15 minutes and lo and behold they don’t have the car any more, it just sold. Either 1- you’re lying, 2- your tracking software is bad. (I doubt that)
Anyways, shall not give them the opportunity to earn any of my business now.

I had an amazing experience with Laurel in the service department at North Park Lexus. She provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process.
They always seem to have plenty of loaner vehicles available, which makes getting your car serviced so convenient. If you decide to wait, the experience is just as impressive. You can enjoy a beverage from the barista while relaxing, and even take advantage of a massage, which really sets them apart.
Everyone is incredibly friendly, from the person greeting you when you arrive all the way to the managers. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend Laurel and the whole North Park Lexus team for their exceptional service!

Our visit to North Park Lexus on San Pedro in San Antonio was full of surprises…all nice surprises. We intended to see Nikki Sample, our long time customer representative to talk about turning in our current lease.
She quickly assessed our interest and need and suggested what in our view turned out to a prefect fit.
Nikki was savvy to our driving habits like mileage and car care. And if I haven’t mentioned it yet, she zeroed in on an appealing price. We couldn’t walk away from the deal. Originally intending to just explore options and drive off in the same car, we left it at North Park.
And we couldn’t be happier. Nikki, along with her professional support team and finance staff, were superb. The overall experience was the most stress free, easy, and satisfying transaction I ever had at a dealership.
And it should come as no surprise we love our new NX 450ht+.
