    This last weekend I bought my first Lexus, a TX 350, and I could not be happier!!! Mr Gio Guzman went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt welcomed by the staff. Mr Guzman was professional, courteous, communicated clearly and with great confidence. He made us feel like family. I explained what type of vehicle I was looking for and he wasted no time in finding a few that fit my needs. His knowledge of the vehicles made it easier for me to make a decision. He was patient and friendly, especially when I requested to go back and see the vehicle again after test driving them. Did I mention it was raining, not once did he hesitate or complained. He made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. Having a follow up call was also helpful because it gave me the opportunity to ask questions that arose after having the vehicle for a few days. I would highly recommend to ask for Gio if you are looking to buy a new Lexus. Thank you Gio for your wonderful customer service. I will definitely be back to North Park Lexus at Dominion.

    It was the best car-buying experience ever! Christina Rockwood provided outstanding service. Everything was prepared in advance, so the process was quick, smooth, and stress-free.     We’ve been loyal Lexus customers for years, and while our current Lexus has been wonderfully practical, my husband has had his heart set on the LC 500 ever since it was released. When he learned that Lexus would be discontinuing the model after this year, he knew it was now or never. We found the exact LC 500 he wanted—right down to the color—at North Park Lexus at Dominion. So, last Friday we stopped by with the simple intention of test-driving it to see if it truly lived up to the dream. From the moment we arrived, our salesman Will made us feel completely at ease. He’s genuinely personable, clearly loves what he does and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. He even took the time to show me several TX 500h options after one caught my eye—and I can confidently say that will be my next SUV. Will also went out of his way to have a few minor scuffs and paint imperfections professionally corrected on the LC 500 by the dealership’s in-house paint expert, ensuring the vehicle met the highest standards and demonstrating his attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will’s assistant, Kenny, was equally impressive. His deep knowledge of the vehicle, paired with his clear and patient explanations of each feature, made a significant difference in our experience. He took the time to ensure we fully understood the technology and performance details without ever making the process feel rushed or overwhelming. Kenny’s approachable demeanor and attentiveness helped turn what could have been a complex buying process into an enjoyable and confidence building one. Together, he and Will made the entire experience both seamless and fun. We also had an absolute blast working with Noe during the finance portion of the process. He struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality, making what is often the most stressful part of purchasing a vehicle feel relaxed and even enjoyable. Noe took the time to clearly explain each option, answered our questions with patience and transparency, and ensured we felt confident and informed every step of the way. His ability to keep things light while maintaining a reassuring, trustworthy approach somehow made spending a significant amount of money on something we didn’t technically need feel completely comfortable, which is no small feat. Car shopping is usually highly stressful, but the team at North Park Lexus at Dominion made this experience refreshingly positive. We even had other salesmen come over and congratulate us on our purchase. From the exceptional service to the outstanding staff and seamless process, we were truly impressed. Buying a sports car should feel exciting—and thanks to this team, it absolutely did! We look forward to purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future.

    My wife and I recently bought a new Lexus for her at Northpark Lexus at Dominion. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. The car we bought is nice; this review is only about the dealership. When we sat down with our assigned salesperson, he asked if I wanted to trade in her car. I asked what they would offer. He briefly stepped away before returning to present the offer. I didn’t think he was gone long enough for someone to appraise the car. I had previously checked the trade-in value, so I knew about what to expect. Their offer was a laughable, lowball offer. I then went to Auto Nation, Carmax, and Carvana. All of them offered to buy it at the trade-in value. I told that to our salesperson and asked him to ask the used car manager to reconsider his offer, and this time look at and drive the car. He then increased his offer to a reasonable amount. I shouldn’t have had to go through the trouble to get other offers. After we bought the car and were about to drive off, I was handed one of the license plates and told they didn’t install it because front plates were no longer required. That didn’t sound right, so the next day I checked with the DMV and was told they were required. I told our salesperson what I found out, and he said they were told by management that they were not required. I went to the service department and they installed it. When I sat down with the finance and insurance manager to do the paperwork, I was charged for a license. Our car had military plates and there was no fee for them. I told him we shouldn’t have to pay for them. He was adamant that we did have to pay for them and said I could go to the county tax office and apply for a refund. Given the handling of the trade-in offer, the misinformation provided regarding the front license plate, and the excess charge for licensing, I felt it was important for the general manager to be informed of my experience. I requested a meeting with him. I explained my experience. He was somewhat apologetic and said I wouldn’t have to go to the county tax office for a refund, his office would send it to me. He also said at the next sales meeting he would advise the salespeople that a front license plate was required. A month after we purchased the car, we hadn’t received the car’s title nor registration. I called the DMV to find out why the delay. I was informed that they had not yet received any documents from Northpark Lexus. I called our salesperson to find out why they hadn’t sent the documents. He said he would check and call me right back. He didn’t call me. A few days later, I sent him an email and that was not answered. I decided to just wait. Finally, about two months after we bought the car, the title and registration arrived. As I expected, I wasn’t charged for the license, but I was charged a fee for late receipt of the documents and another fee for late receipt of sales tax. So, as it turned out, the money Northpark charged me for the license paid all the late fees. I emailed the finance and insurance manager and copied the GM to let them know I wasn’t billed for the license and requested the refund that the GM had promised. It has been approximately one month since I sent the email, and I have yet to receive a response. Had I known then what I know now, I would have likely bought the new car from a different dealership. I never imagined a prestigious dealership like Northpark Lexus at Dominion would have been so unprofessional.
