  First time seeing Executive aisle vehicles wiped out faster than Emerald aisle. I don’t think they check status to be honest which is unfortunate when you have status. I can understand if there’s nothing left in Emerald but that wasn’t the case here. Exiting takes much longer than most National Car Rentals and I usually rent from National as my preferred.

  Specifically rented a premium SUV for 8 passangers. I had a confirmation and skip the counter code. When we arrived we werentold our reserved vehicle type was not available. We had to take two Uber rides to pur hotel, and reserved and picked up a vehicle from Enterprise

There’s nothing better than skipping the counter and getting on the road immediately, and the return was just as fast and hassle-free. ​To top it off, the free upgrade I received was fantastic.   I have rented at this location MANY times. I regularly have good experiences. That said. This particular was EXCEPTIONAL. I had a few very minor concerns. But your associate JEFF was amazing handled everything professionally with great charisma and personality. Clearly an asset to your team. Please recognize him in whatever way possible. Thanks to all. But especially Jeff!

  I wish I could give the more stars honestly . After a bait and switch issue with a Hertz 3rd party rental , miss Summer at National saved the day . She was so kind and so helpful in helping my girlfriend and I get a car and on the road quickly while navigating our situation. The car was great and spotless and the process of renting / returning is super easy . If you have the chance to rent from miss Sunmer at National , I promise you will walk away with a smile on your face . I had a very rough hour before I got to her and she did everything in her power to ease my stress with making this process painless and quick . Job well done .
