  I went in this morning and it was a complete disappointment. The manager was careless in the way he communicated and came across as disrespectful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to go there.

  The Assistant manager and all the mechanics were outstanding. Quickly took care of the oil change I originally came for, and gave very useful information about other services that are available. I'm greatful and I plan to return next week.

  So today, I went to use the bathroom only because the gas station bathrooms was occupied so I proceeded to use the bathroom at jiffy lube and was approached by individual named Ruben who told me I could not use the bathroom because it was for customers only and I proceeded to tell him isn't this bathroom open to the public and he said yes then I said I don't see the problem with me using the bathroom then other employees came to engage in the conversation making it very awkward then Ruben decided to get physical with me and shielded me from using the bathroom. That was very unprofessional and non-customer friendly if the customer service is like this I will not prefer to even bring my car up here to be worked on by these individuals it was early in the morning and it was a very hostile experience, mind you I use the bathroom here before and never had no issues until today.

  I had bad experiences with a competitor, Take 5, so I have something to compare against. For the past 2+ years I've trusted my Impala to Jiffy Lube. They have consistently been efficient and courteous with every visit, and at a reasonable price. I take 2 road trip vacations every year, and each one an average of 2700 miles, so I need a high mileage oil I can depend on. Thank you, Jiffy Lube.

  Started off great in the beginning with the fast service, then at the end when I requested an email copy of the receipt with the breakdown of the charges I never received it. Several days has passed and still nothing. When I turned my truck on I heard a whistling sound coming from my passenger side under the glove compartment. I pointed it out to one of the techs who said the “air cap” was just loose. He did something to temporarily stop the noise. Once I took off and drove the noise returned . I’ve never had that issue in all of my 20 years of driving and getting oil changes. They never showed me the oil line after the service . Very disappointing.
