  Worst experience ever the store manager was very rude and unprofessional screaming at me telling me to get out of his store very aggressively, kinda seemed like he wanted to hit me didn't tell me his name just a very rude unprofessional person please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. WORST STORE MANAGER EVER!!!!

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply unprofessional and unacceptable incident that occurred at your Jiffy Lube location at San Pedro Avenue & Basse Road in San Antonio, Texas. Earlier today, I contacted this location in advance to confirm whether they could perform an oil change on my Porsche Cayenne. I was told over the phone that they could. Based on that confirmation, I drove to the shop. Upon arrival, the staff abruptly informed me that they could not service the vehicle after all. Before I could ask a single question or clarify anything, I was told to leave the premises. The manner in which this was done was rude, dismissive, and entirely unprofessional. I left the location upset by the treatment I received. However, what happened next was far more concerning. Within minutes, employees from that same Jiffy Lube location came to my dealership, Challenge Auto Center, where I am the owner. They confronted my staff, claimed that I had been rude, and stated that they were “not afraid of me.” Their behavior was aggressive, confrontational, and completely inappropriate for employees representing your brand, also they smelled marijuana as highly intoxicated. My staff described their demeanor as hostile and erratic. This escalation—leaving their workplace to confront me at my business—crosses every boundary of professionalism and safety. It is behavior I would never expect from any reputable service provider, let alone a national brand. I am requesting the following: A formal investigation into the conduct of the employees involved. Written confirmation of the actions taken by management to address this incident. Assurance that no customer will be subjected to this type of treatment in the future. I have operated businesses in San Antonio for years, and I take professionalism and customer service seriously. What occurred today was unacceptable by any standard, and it reflects poorly on the Jiffy Lube brand. I expect a timely response and a clear resolution. Sincerely, Thomas Lopez

  The manager showed up at our business with another guy—plus two other people in the back—to intimidate us. They reeked of marijuana and got out of their vehicle acting very aggressively, demanding to see the owner; they clearly didn't come to have a conversation. I hope you take action regarding this. Oh, and they arrived in a white, four-door BMW.

  Do not take your car here. The service is terrible at this location I tried asking questions about my car and was told to stay in the lobby. I had to take my car to another place because I didn’t trust these people. I left very upset.
