- SESANDER EdmondsonApr 2, 20261.0Had problems with unit. They said it's me.i dont know what im doing. Although I previously had this a exactly the same unit in a car before. I've now had the same issue I stated when it was installed. It's not registering the breath intake. No beeping etc. Then says retest. But wont register the test . I have videos of me trying now im stranded on my way to work and your tech support States it's too busy. Im going to miss work tonight. I finally got it to work after stopping unplugging the unit and trying multiple times. Halfway through one try it beeped when I was blowing. Next try it worked. But all week it's been sporadic taking multiple times on occasion to register breath.customer service is the worst I've ever er seen It is non existant.
