  I Called this Goodyear location after had gone to competitor to have my tires checked. Raul was very kind and helpful. The competitor had inflated my tires at 36 pounds all the way around on my all-wheel-drive Subaru. The manufacturer suggest 30 pounds in the front and 29 in the back. I had just had new tires put on and I want to get the optimum use out of the tires. Raul addressed my concerns and agreed that the tires should match the manufacturers recommendation for inflation. He offered for me to come by and they would properly inflate my tires. I took him up on it right away and they did so with a smile and I feel much more comfortable now and ready for my 3600 mile road trip! Thank you, Raul and the crew at Goodyear on Saint Mary’s in San Antonio!

  Always Appreciate the Good & Timely Work that Goodyear Auto Service does! My go-to location is normally the Bandera location but my Wife had a battery issue that required her to make an unscheduled pitstop at the St. Mary’s location and they did not Fail to deliver; Wife arrived around 2pm and turned out that her car Alternator gave up & also damaged her battery! Luckily; they got us back on the road by 5:30pm even though they have 12 service bays and were fairly busy that afternoon; Appreciate their Professionalism; Speedy & Detailed Service; and getting my Wife’s car back on the road by that afternoon as we actually had a family commitment at 6pm and made it on time! They provide a variety of services & repairs and would definitely recommend this Goodyear location to others as well! Happy Driving! 👍🏽

  They charge 180 dollars for a diagnostic, when they did tell me the issue the day after I dropped it off, it wasn't the actual issue stopping my car from reliably getting me to work atop being charged 300 dollars for that fix. After another day of waiting because their technician leaves early, they wanted me to pay another 300 dollars to fix the real issue. The problem in question was my crankshaft sensor, which cost 15 dollars for the part and 20 minutes of my time to fix when I knew nothing about cars. Overpriced to excess. They're polite and the job they did do on my car seemed fine enough, but there are better places that will give you a much more fair price.
