  Always get my oil change here! Super fast service. Andrew, Ashton and Marcus helped me out today, walked me through the service and what to look out for future maintenance! Very thankful for the information and kindness !

  These guys are always so professional and awesome! During the visit Ashton, Andrew, Justin and their manager Marcus, took time to explain everything to include future recommendations! Highly recommend this location!

  Great customer service. I got taken care of by Randall and he was extremely helpful and respectful. I came in for a oil change and they did a great job and gave me comments for future concerns about my vehicle. I will be continuing to come back.

  I have been to this location a total of 3 times. There was only instance, when I did not have a great customer experience. However, I am leaving a 5 star review because the Operating Manager, Kolton, rectified my issue and ensured I received the best level of care. After I expressed my concerns, Kolton listened, offered a sincere apology, and managed the situation to ultimately gain my business back. Just from what I briefly observed, Kolton is knowledgeable, professional and hands on in the shop. He ensured he reviewed my quote himself and did not pressure me to complete the job there. In his absence, team lead, Marcus, was also very knowledgeable, extremely professional and polite. Based on their customer service, I would consider returning to this location. On my third visit, I got the brake service completed. Team member Andrew was respectful and kind. He escorted me to the waiting area and asked if I needed anything, before they took my vehicle to the bay. Overall, the pricing and customer service were pretty good. So, I was satisfied with the result.

  I happened to be leaving HEB with groceries when I noticed my tire pressure was dropping rapidly. I swung in a d Randall greeted me with a pleasant smile. I told him I needed them to look at my tire and since I was there to get an oil change and check some other items because I may be going on a road trip. When I told them I had groceries and couldn't really stay very long, Randall offered to put my cold groceries in the shop refrigerator!! I ended up getting all 4 tires replaced and an alignment within an hour. These guys are top notch. Thanks for helping me be road ready!
