  Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly caution anyone renting from this location. Between insurance and out-of-pocket payments, over $7,000 was paid toward this rental (including $3,000 from Safeco and multiple personal payments: $1,900, $1,600 on March 7, and $800 on March 25). Despite this, I was told I still owed more money—with no clear or accurate accounting. The biggest issue is a $1,600 charge from March 7 that the manager, Mariela Ruiz, claimed was “just an authorization” that would fall off. As of March 30, it is STILL on my credit card. I simply asked to wait until that cleared before paying anything additional. At that point, things went completely off the rails. Ms. Ruiz became extremely unprofessional, called me repeatedly (around 12 times), claimed I was “not authorized to drive,” and demanded my location while I was actively driving. I even asked if she expected me to pull over on the highway. I tried to resolve things by going to the store, but instead I was forced to stop, unload all of my belongings into trash bags on the side of the road, and take an Uber back. Completely unnecessary, humiliating, and unacceptable. This situation involved: Misleading billing practices Lack of transparency on charges vs. authorizations Harassment-level communication Extremely poor management conduct I did not refuse to pay—I asked for clarity on a $1,600 charge still sitting on my account. That’s reasonable. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and handled in a way that no customer should ever have to deal with. I am pursuing a formal complaint and reviewing legal options. Proceed with caution.

  I will say kiera is all about customer service My wife and I came into San Antonio for business and some fun. I wanted to splurge a little and surprise her, so Kiera found us a Maserati Quattroporte Sudan; it was beautiful. Her follow-up was the best with phone calls and through text. I highly recommend Kiera at San Antonio enterprise exotic car rental.

  I can't get a hold of anybody. Went to the address on the website and it is closed. Enterprise agent next door gave me a business card to call. Really???
