They had a reservation for a 15 passenger van FOR ALMOST A MONTH (booked feb 16 for march 9) and then waiting TIL THE LAST DAY to contact us to let us know that they couldnt fulfill the reservation. They called 2 weeks ago to CONFIRM the reservation. Manager took zero accountability, blamed someone else and then hung up on me. Tried saying "they would 'help us out' by giving us 2 vehicles for the price of one". As if doubling us up on gas on a 1500 mile roadtrip is favor! Adding ATLEAST $200, and all he said was "I can comp one full gas tank for one of the vehicles". Mine as well just slap in the face while youre at it, bud. From the inability to fulfill a reservation that they have had for a month, to waiting to the DAY BEFORE THE RESERVATION to tell us, to the sheer lack of accountability...this has been a far less than favorable experience. Mind you, I rent from enterprise almost weekly. Waiting on a callback from their regional named cedrick.
