  Arrived a couple hours early & they told me my agreed on rental would cost double. Or I could wait two hours & then get it for agreed price. Asked if he could do an over ride. Explained it's crazy to charge me an entire day for a couple hours. Person called other people cause he didn't know how to do his job. End result I had to sit & wait there a couple cars before I could get my rental.

  Isaiah at the garage exit gate is exceptional in customer service. He was kind, funny, and cared about how my rental experience was going. The girl that was assisting in the garage in getting a car needs a new department. Customer facing is not where it should be with her. (Wears a long coat to her heals) Thanks Isaiah for the good experience at the end. You made the visit. Keep being you!

  As always Enterprise is where you rent you vehicle at!!! Trevor was fantastic at check in and recommended a couple places to eat that were both fantastic! Thank you Trevor!!😁 When we returned our vehicle at San Antonio Airport Ashley Schopper checked us in and was just fantastic from start to finish! Very personable, professional and just all around great to deal with!!!😁😁 Only downfall was ince again the truck we rented did not have running boards which obviously made it a little harder getting in. RUNNING BOARDS ON TRUCKS GUYS!!! Enterprise overall is a great place to rent a vehicle and I would not go anywhere else to do so!!!

  From the start of my rental process the team was amazing! We got in around midnight so we were tired from traveling all day. We were greeted by a sympathetic team member Gerry (Jerry) sorry didn't catch the spelling, who helped my wife and I get situated and was awesome BTW. I had left my phone, unbeknownst to me, at the welcome booth and was looking all over for it while we were waiting to exit and another team member(sry didn't catch his name) ran it over to us and did so with a smile. Really felt like it was above and beyond as they were busy with other customers. Upon returning the car, Jasmine, Jeff, Tyler and another man that I didn't catch the name of, were courteous, helpful and again going above and beyond, helped me with the second leg of my journey. For a work portion I had rented a different level car (cheaper for my company). I asked how much it would be to keep the car I currently had. I was told that they would allow me to use the current car at the price I had agreed to for the lower model. It's probably not a big deal to them, but not having to move all of our stuff and keeping the car that we were enjoying made a huge impact on us. Thanks SAT team. You did a phenomenal job.
