  Subject: Concern Regarding Rental Vehicle Experience Dear Enterprise Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at one of your locations. After an accident, my insurance covered a standard-sized rental vehicle. Upon arrival, I was provided with a Jeep, as it was the only vehicle available at the time. However, the following day, I was instructed to return the Jeep to avoid additional charges due to its size classification. Consequently, I was given an economy-sized Mitsubishi Mirage, as it was the only option left. Having rented from Enterprise frequently, I am aware of your policy stating that if a reserved vehicle size is unavailable, an upgrade is typically provided. This has been my experience in the past. I kindly request that you review my rental history to confirm this. This incident has been quite disappointing, and I believe it could have been handled differently, allowing me to retain the Jeep without incurring extra charges.

  My experiences have been great. The staff is friendly and gets stuff done. They gave me an awesome car to rent for the day and worked with us on return and shuttle home. Appreciate them
