Zero stars. We were told to go there by Enterprise to switch out a broken down Jeep and the girl working the counter was extremely rude. She did not like being told that we could not accept a smaller vehicle because of how many passengers and luggage that we had. Did not offer to call other locations to find one or really help us in any way. Stay away from this location.

Giving three stars because Emmie and Tres were phenomenal despite the issues I experienced, and I think that should be recognized. Context: I was in a car accident so while my car was in the shop, I was renting a car from Enterprise. Experience: The girl at the front (short pixie cut, dark brown hair, can't remember her name) was SO dang rude throughout my entire experience. I told her I had a reservation and she said that insurance only covered a smaller SUV. They put me in a ford edge. As a side note: I drive a 7 seater mid size SUV. She told Emmie to walk me to my car. Emmie was handling a lot of customers and said she would in a minute, which i didnt mind. IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS, she rudely told Emmie someone else could handle her current tasks so she needed to set me up. I thought that was really unprofessional for a "manager in training." It wasn't until Emmie kindly told me that I could upgrade through insurance to get a bigger vehicle, which I did. That wasn't disclosed at check in. I drove off with a Dodge Durango which was making a scraping metal noise on the driver's side and needed an oil change. When I called to complain, the first girl that helped me was very condescending and said "that happens when you drive with the parking brake on." I, in fact, did not drive with the parking brake on. They let me come and exchange it for a minivan. When I complained about not receiving another SUV, I was told other customers took priority because they had spring break reservations for weeks in advance and there was nothing they could do because there was an SUV shortage. She said she would put me on a priority list. I was on that "list" for at least a week and a half, if not two weeks. The minivan - a Chrysler Pacifica - kept giving me collision alerts randomly, as well as an alert that the brake system needed servicing. The windshield wipers were also filthy, which made driving in the rain impossible. I called again and Tres helped me out. I asked him about the priority list, and as it turns out i dont think i was ever placed on one. Tres was so accommodating and provided great customer service. He apologized for my experience and very quickly (same day) got me into an upgraded SUV at no additional charge - a Grand Wagoneer. It did smell a little like smoke and was in desperate need of an alignment, but worked the best of all THREE vehicles for my family and just in general. I do think Enterprise needs to do a better job of servicing their vehicles. While I was exchanging the minivan, another couple was in there exchanging their car because the horn didn't work. I understand demand is high and there needs to be a quick turnover for service, but customer safety should be prioritized. Also, PLEASE retrain that employee on customer service. She should not be management in training if she can't practice compassion or empathy.

Esmeralda was all by herself with a full lobby and she was still able to greet every person with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. She was great, and after having a bad experience with another location the same day, working with her was a breath of fresh air.
