  Easy process with insurance claims but had long wait time to get into vehicle over 2 hours with an appointment also lack of maintenance to vehicle leaving me feeling like I would be stranded somewhere. Customer service from Jerome was not a pleasant experience. Seems as if he spoke certain ways to people who were not white. He should not be the face of your company and needs to take some kinda course to help develop his overall people skills to allow him to be more understanding while expressing empathy to people's situation. Vehicle return was a good process. I don't recall the guys name but he was probably the best experience of the entire rental process . He even gave me a 10% discount because of the situation but that doesn't nearly cover my overall experience.

  Enterprise has definitely fallen off based on this location. Very disappointing but never again.

  I'll never be back there, but I'm sure they don't care to lose a loyal customer. Ryan should not be in customer service. Jerome does not hold his staff or himself accountable for how people are treated there. He should not be a leader because he's leading them nowhere.

  Service is slow, but expected for few people working there. However, when you do finally get waited on, they're very polite and attentive. So, if you can patiently expect to wait, it's got good service!
