  My daughter reserved a vehicle online, a midsize after she had an accident. When we go to pick up the vehicle, Eddie started pushing for an upgrade for “only $10 more a day”, we respectfully declined because my daughter is still in shock due to the accident and we didn’t want anything big. So Eddie offered us the upgrade again because the midsize vehicle we reserved was “in the car wash”. We decided to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the vehicle to come back. When the vehicle “is back”, Eddie offered the upgrade for free and we respectfully declined again for the reason stated before. So when we finally went to get our vehicle, the keys “disappeared”. I asked Eddie, how come the vehicle just got here and the keys “disappeared”? He got upset and replied “I don’t know what to tell you” with a very rude and unprofessional tone of voice. Well, we end up getting a full size that we didn’t want, my daughter is afraid of driving it and Eddie got what he wanted, he wanted to force us to get the full size vehicle. So good job Eddie, you managed to get one customer less, but your inventory is in good shape.

  I rented a car from this location and it was heavily saturated with the smell of smoke. I had a 6 hour drive and could not drive with the windows up, as it gave me a headache. I had to make the 12 hour round trip drive with the windows down. I called the store shortly after leaving to tell them, and they were very apologetic and offered to reduce my bill. I continued on and returned the car. When showing up to return, the lobby was packed and they only had one worker (not his fault). He came in after helping a customer and asked if anyone was just dropping off. I indicated I was but needed to discuss the rental. He said I’d have to wait which I agreed with. Another customer came in and was surprised at the amount of people. I told the new customer that yeah, they only have one guy working on Easter weekend which is crazy. The employee turned to me in a rude way and said “you can just drop the key off”. I was surprised by his tone and told him I was not saying anything bad about you as an employee, and asked him if we had a problem?! This employee was extremely rude and confrontational which made me confrontational. I ended up just handing him the key and walking out. I called corporate to share this experience as well. I had zero issues with the employee. I knew he was doing the best he could, but he took it personal when I was having a private conversation with another customer. I will not be using this store again or enterprise for that matter. Allowing a car to go out with a heavy odor of smoke should not have happened, and this employee needs to check his personal feelings at work.

  As a first timer, Cooper and Mateo made my process so efficient and easy. They were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. When I came back to drop off the car, they were very busy but they worked well trying to take care of the everyone in there in a timely manner. Definitely will come again next time I need a rental!

  Above and beyond. The caring staff assisted in selecting the right vehicle since my husband had just had a stroke. Not to mention, holding the door, making sure we (he) got to the vehicle ok, and overall very understanding and helpful.

  I have no words to express the frustration I have with this location. I reserved my car through the USAA perks website. My vehicle is in the shop and I needed to pay out of pocket for my rental. I booked the reservation no problem. I called the location Monday to see if I was able to adjust my reservation to pick it up a day earlier. The guy I talked to on the phone from this location was all over the place. Telling me that they don’t have sedans and that he can get me into an SUV but it’ll be an increase $10 more per day. I politely declined but he kept pushing to get me to upgrade into a size vehicle I don’t need or want. When I picked up my vehicle today I was shocked that they take a $300 deposit during the rental period and was explained “yeah it’s like booking a hotel.” In my opinion that should be made known well in advance to customers. I was showed my rental from the window and then was told about other cars they had currently ready if I wasn’t happy with what they were giving me. They had a Camry I asked about but when I was told it’ll be a $10 increase per day but I declined. There was again a push to change into something else. It absolutely rubbed me the wrong way, makes me feel like there’s a reason as to why I shouldn’t be in the rental they put me in and I don’t understand how a Camry is the same rate as an SUV? I was told full size SUV options on the phone, not anything compact to clarify. It makes no sense and makes question their values as a company.
