  Everything was set between my insurance company and the Enterprise office. I did not like the original car I was given. It was what I should have received because of my insurance policy I agreed to pay the difference for a larger car. The Enterprise employee helping me fixed the change in cars and paperwork without any delay and I was out of there with the car I liked in very little time. I was very pleased with experience, from start to finish.

  Big thank you to the speedy work of the personnel at the 281 and Summit Church location. Went in on a Sunday and the lobby was packed. Office seemed short staffed but they worked as efficiently as possible. Big, big thank you to Mr. Jovie. Very professional and helpful during our pick-up and return. He made the rental experience a smooth one.

  I’ve rented cars for years and have generally had good experiences but... I picked up a car from Enterprise in San Antonio and drove to Houston, only to realize midway that the vehicle was extremely dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Since this obviously wasn’t something I wanted to deal with during my trip, I called customer service and was told I could go to the Hobby location for a possible exchange. The location was about 45 minutes from my hotel, but given the condition of the car, I made the drive. Unfortunately, after getting there, I was told the only option available was an exchange for a downgrade from the vehicle I already had. I also contacted other locations nearby where I was staying but it was the same story there, none of them had anything available for swap. Driving around in this car ruined my whole trip. I would recommend everyone to avoid this location or maybe go with hertz or budget or something else.
