  I’ve purchased a car in February but couldn’t pick it up for a couple of weeks as I was out of town. When I got home, I realized that there was a crack in the housing around the headlight. I called the salesman and he said it was covered under my warranty. I took it to Kia as it was still under manufacturers warranty, but they said that the crack was caused by an outside influence, and that neither they nor my enterprise warranty would cover it. . Now, no one At Enterprise will return my text or phone calls and I’m going to be out $1800 for the headlight for a $19,000 car.

  We had a fantastic experience at Enterprise Car Sales in San Antonio. My parents were looking for a new vehicle, and both Samantha and Louis went above and beyond to help us. We called about an hour before arriving to check on a specific vehicle. Samantha let us know it was off-site but said she would personally go pick it up to make sure it was ready when we got there. We ended up arriving earlier than expected and were greeted by Louis, who was incredibly friendly. He showed us several vehicles, offered drinks and snacks, and made sure my parents were completely comfortable. When Samantha arrived with the vehicle, she greeted us warmly and took over the process. Everything—from the explanations to the paperwork—was clear, quick, and hassle-free. The entire experience was smooth and truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and especially Samantha and Louis for anyone looking for great service and a stress-free car-buying experience! Enterprise Car Sales has always been great. this is my Family's 6th vehicle purchased through multiple car sales locations and all of them have turned out great!!!
