  I’ve been coming to Valvoline AR for a few years now and always have a great experience. The staff is respectful and work great as a team. Justin is great! Friendly and knowledge. He’s helpful and made the service easy from start to finish.

  I always visit this Valvoline. Anthony and his team provided exceptional service. I didn't wait too long for all the services I received. I never felt intimidated or pressured. They keep my 2014 car running in tip top shape. And they have military and veteran discounts! I'll be back again!

  Every employee was friendly and greeted me or went out of their way to sau hello. All of the employees had great customer service. I honestly don't remember when I had that kind of service. Will definitely recommend and go back.

  Justin greeted me and asked what service I needed. He was very friendly and professional. He guided me into the bay and showed me where I was on my oil level. Justin was thorough in his service, reset my maintenance system and I was on my way. Excellent customer service!

  Went in due to having to jump start the car. Suspected a dead battery. They said battery was Heathy and could not replace even though it was under the 3 year warranty. Next day took to my mechanic after jumping the car again and had him check the battery. It showed “bad cell”. I watched him check it and saw the results. Don’t know what type of tester that Valvoline uses but what they showed me only had 3 readings. Heathy, plus 2 others. No specific readings like at automotive shop. Will not return for any service.
